They explicitly gave me a flat price of $499 for a display replacement. Based entirely on that number, I took the time out of my day to drive down, drop off my machine, and pay a non-refundable $30 diagnostic fee. However, once they had my laptop completely disassembled on their workbench, the price suddenly jumped by $100 to a new quote of $599. When I questioned why the price changed from their written quote, they claimed that the initial $499 price was actually only for a "B-Grade" used screen with scuffs and scratches on the outer casing. If I wanted a normal-looking, flawless screen ("A-Grade"), I had to pay the higher premium. They had my exact model number from the very first text. Withholding information about different "grades" of used parts until a customer's laptop is already taken apart in your shop is a highly deceptive business practice. Had they been transparent upfront that a standard screen replacement would cost $599, I would have opted to go to the Apple Store instead of wasting my time and money here. I paid the $30 fee just to get my laptop put back together and returned to me. Go to Apple or a more transparent shop that honors their initial quotes.

On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.

These guys are liars and deceivers. I broke my phone one afternoon and this was the only place open…read morepast 6pm. I needed my phone fixed desperately so I had no choice but to go here. When I arrived they looked at my phone, said it could be finished by the following day then proceeded talking about pricing. They were charging $130 for aftermarket screens then for $200 they said they can put on a "OEM" screen (Original Equipment Manufacturer). So I said why not. After I paid they said they would have my phone ready following day 12pm. Next day arrives, I show up, and they tell me "we're still waiting on your screen, UPS said it would deliver by 1pm". I asked again when it would be ready he simply said "we'll text when it's ready later today". Throughout this whole encounter they never contacted me once about the status of my phone. So now comes 7:30 pm, mind you they close at 8. I show up since they TOLD ME my phone would be ready, when I show up the guys behind the counter faces just drops, like he was seeing a ghost. He was relaxed, scrolling Facebook, sitting in his chair doing NOTHING. He immediately jumps up when he sees, grabs my phone, and says "it'll be done right now, come back in 30 minutes". Like HELLO?? So what were you doing BEFORE I got here?? So after dealing with their poor communication, lack of respect for the customers time, and constant back and forth, here is the cherry on top. THE SCREEN IS NOT OEM!!! THEY CHARGED EXTRA FOR THE SAME SCREEN. I immediately noticed when I got my phone that the screen wasn't correct, it didn't automatically turn on when you tapped the screen, it didn't adjust the brightness to your atmosphere, my front camera became BLURRY!! Literally a whole headache taking it to these clowns. If you have more patient, FIND A BETTER REPAIR SHOP!! These guys will just try to make the most amount of money while giving horrible service. On top of that they say they "email/text" receipts but you never get them, not even in spam or junk, you just never get them.
