Coco bread sandwich w/ jerk mac and cheese.
Scott S.

My first visit after having driven by several times telling myself I needed to give them a go. I'm glad I did because it was pretty damn tasty. The store front is very colorful but parking is limited. I decided on the Coco bread sandwich which comes stuffed full of jerk chicken and pineapple slaw. I really thought the chicken was tender and moist and the flavors were great but not overly spicy. Coco bread is made up of flour and coconut milk so there's a slight hint of sweetness but it made for a great wrap around the chicken and slaw. The side of jerk mac and cheese was an unexpected creamy delight with a little kick. I also added a beef patty which is what's considered a Jamaican fast food item. It's seasoned beef baked in a light and airy dough pocket which was also tasty. Neat local spot that is offering up some good home-cooked Caribbean cuisine. Looking forward to my next visit.

Jerk chicken, great! Get the extra jerk gravy.

Gotta agree with everyone else, best Jamaican food around, and really GOOD! Jerk chicken was on point! Place was clean and service was great. Inside dining!!! Added a pic. And I'm coming back for the stew beef or the goat. If they have goat I'm getting that. I was not surprised at all, from prior reviews the place is great. And me in there, was just as good.

Jamaican jerk chicken mac and cheese

Outstanding jerk chicken mac and cheese; the chicken is super tender and has a ton of flavor! Delicious food and friendly service, highly recommended!

Henny's Jerk Chicken, Cabbage and Mac and Cheese

I have been here three times since they opened and each time I have enjoyed my experience. The service is always pleasant and efficient and the food tastes great. I get the "Henny's Jerk Chicken" but this last visit I got half jerk chicken and half curry chicken. Both chicken dishes tasted great but the curry chicken is definitely less spicy than the jerk chicken but still full of flavor. Very generous servings and decent prices. Keep it up guys!

Big fan of Tebo's. I've been coming here for a few years now and enjoy the curry chicken and beef patty's the best but the oxtail and jerk chicken are all good as well. Tebo is quite a character which makes for a great customer experience. The ordering process is similar to chipotle but with more hands on assistance. I've seen tebo and other employees escort in the elderly and handicapped in and assist them to their car. Not everyone offers that type of kindness anymore.

Small portion of curry goat . They stack the curry to hide the insufficient amount of meat

Dalia’s Caribbean Kitchen - Oxtail and rice.

Dalia’s Caribbean Kitchen

I don't say this lightly...this is the real deal…read more I'm originally from South Florida, and I've spent time in Jamaica, so I'm very picky when it comes to Caribbean food. I've had a lot of "close enough" over the years...but this? This is authentic. This is the kind of food that makes you pause midbite and just nod. Dalia's isn't your typical restaurant, and that's part of what makes it so special. It's set inside what feels like a home, and when you walk in, that's exactly the experience...you're not just a customer, you feel like a guest. It's warm, personal, and genuinely welcoming in a way you just don't find in most places anymore. And I have to say...everything is spotless. You can tell she takes pride not just in her food, but in the space she's inviting you into. And she carries that same care into the food. I've been here multiple times, and what impresses me most is the consistency. You know how some places wow you the first time, then slowly fall off? Not here. Every single visit, the food has been just as good as the last. That alone is rare. Now let's talk about the oxtail... Fall-off-the-bone tender, rich, deeply seasoned...but perfectly balanced. Not overly spicy, not bland...just enough heat to remind you you're eating proper Jamaican food. And unlike a lot of places, you actually get meat here. Generous, satisfying portions that feel like someone cooked this for you on purpose. The rice (and yes, it's seasoned beautifully...more like a classic Caribbean rice than traditional peas and rice) is the perfect base, especially when you ask for a little extra of that brown sauce over the top. Trust me on that. The cabbage has a nice little kick to it, cooked just right...not soggy, not raw. The plantains? Sweet, caramelized, exactly what you want them to be. And I have to mention the mac & cheese because it surprised me in the best way. Creamy, with a perfect cheese pull, but not heavy or overwhelming. It's balanced...comforting without being too much. One of the things that really stood out to me is the quality of the meat. I actually asked her about it, and she sources locally from a farm...which explains a lot. You can taste the difference. Also, pro tip: call ahead. Her food is fresh and made with care, and she does sell out. I usually let her know what day I'm coming and what I want, and she's always incredibly accommodating and kind about it. The first time I came, she even gave me a sample plate with a little bit of everything...and there wasn't a single thing on that plate I wouldn't order again. This place isn't just a restaurant...it's an experience. It feels like sitting in someone's home, being fed with pride, skill, and love. Honestly? It's a hidden gem, and places like this are getting harder to find. I'll be back again...and again.

Absolutely love the food! Kind & helpful service, good…read moreprices! I always recommend this place to friends & family. I live in Maui Hawaii, but whenever I'm in town, I have to stop & get a plate or two.
