The owner is gracious, receptive, knowledgeable, and patient and as other reviewers noted, he was willing to explain how he ascertains the quality of the pieces and assesses the value. (Mostly it's done by simply weighing items once they've been inspected.) Atlantic Metals Xchange offered absolutely fair (the best I encountered) prices in an environment that made me happy to be there.
