Went exploring and found Teawich. I had the Brown sugar milk tea boba. The Boba's were warm which gives a pleasant surprise with the cool tea. I also ordered the candied pork belly bao. Interior is clean and welcoming. Chairs are colorful and comfortable. 5 out of 5 recommend coming here!

We have been wanting to come try this place and so glad we finally did. The place is cute and friendly customer service. We ordered the candied pork belly bao bun, popcorn chicken and grilled chicken bowl. Everything was made fresh! The bao bun was soft and fluffy, the candied pork belly was delicious and not greasy or oily. The popcorn chicken was crispy and I loved the sauce on the top of it. The grilled chicken bowl was flavorful and filling.

I came here with my boyfriend and my brother and the food was really good! Me and my brother both got the Popcorn Chicken Bowl, and my boyfriend got the Candied Pork Belly Bowl. My brother gave his bowl an 8/10. We both agreed it could've used a little more sauce on top, but it was still super good! My boyfriend gave his bowl a 10/10, which made me super happy because it's honestly really hard finding places he likes The service was amazing, everyone was super friendly, and the place was really clean and organized. I would definitely come back!

    Sweet Garlic Sausage Bao

Hell yeah!!! Came here for lunch today. Got the coffee cream smoothie, it was not too sweet and is so nice in this heat. Ordered the garlic sausage bao and it was awesome. The bun was warm and soft and the meat was very savory with a great bite to it. Last, but certainly not least, the chicken popcorn bowl. I got it with fried rice instead of steamed and it is so damn good. There is garlic in the fried rice the chicken is fried beautifully and has a creamy and very lightly sweet sauce to it. Vibes are also very chill and everything seems very clean. The staff has been very nice the two times I've been here and I highly recommend to anyone looking

I love bao!!! And their bao was good too! I tried the candied pork bao and got an orange green tea. The drink was also refreshing and decently priced for the tea drinks. The shop was super cute too with all the cute kawaii decorations around. And the service was good, they brought me drink and food when done to the table, instead of just calling me over to pick it up. The small things make me appreciate it. lol

First time here and I was not disappointed. The high ratings are real. The food was made fresh to order. I had candied pork bao and sea salted matcha. Both were delicious. Bao was soft and slightly sweet. Sea salted matcha was creamy and not too sweet. Boba was slightly sweet with a perfect amount of chewiness just the way I like it. Service was prompt and friendly. Plenty of seating. Parking was easy. The shop sits further back from Foothill, so it's easy to miss it. It's in the little shopping center/strip mall between El Pollo Loco and Goodwill.

Yesterday my Taiwanese Uncle and I found a Taiwanese tea and bao cafe in Upland. We highly recommend their tasty fluffy gua bao made from scratch. Not only do they have handmade gua bao bread, they make own garlic sausage, candied pork belly, and mustard with care and heart. The candied pork belly was super tender, perfect texture, not too salty or sticky- and even has powdered peanut sugar she brings back from Taiwan. They also have a version with no nuts for those with allergies. She brings back Taiwanese tea for the boba drinks and hopes to share this tasty dish and our Taiwanese culture. We stayed to ask where they learned to cook.. and learned it all started from a caring father sending his daughter to America.Opened in 2024 by a Katy Wong who quit her corporate job to make thousands of bao in order to perfect this fluffy recipe. The Chef for all the Taiwanese meats is her son. I hope you will try it whenever you are near Upland Ca. It's a super tasty treat, great representation of Taiwanese street food and boba, and beautiful family story taking pride in what they create and serve.

So good! So so so good! If you haven't been yet, go to Teawich! Their food was so delicious. The flavor of their chicken bao was just yum! Our friends got the bowl, my husband and I both got the fried chicken bao and we all shared some of their tots. I really enjoyed my meal. You would think oh it's just a little bao. No! It's so filling and humongous. I honestly was barely able to finish one. Our friends ordered on Doordash for delivery since we wouldn't make it on time to dine in, but I realized that Teawich is right down the street from where my husband and I live. I'm mad at myself for not coming here sooner. We do plan to go again and eat inside and try some of their other food options. So glad we got to try some of their tasty foods and I look forward to coming back.

Family of four decided to grab lunch at TeaWich after checking out their ad on Facebook. It's a small family run restaurant that specializes in tea drinks and Bao - especially gua bao. The decoration is mostly eatery, traditional, and lots of personal touches. It's inviting and loving. We order the pork belly Bao (best), gua bao is fluffy just dense enough. Fried chicken Bao, the sauce is a bit overpowering but that's my personal opinion. It's a good fusion Bao. And last the traditional pork belly rice. It's right up there with my mom's own cooking, very good. Ingredients and food are made to order fresh and tasty. Service is a bit slower but generally very friendly and we strike conversation with family owner group. Good place to try gua bao and interesting fusion menu and creations.

After deciding I was not cooking dinner tonight, I turned to Yelp to find the next best thing--delivery! A few scrolls later, I stumbled upon Teawich and was instantly intrigued by the menu. The fried chicken bao and strawberry milk tea especially caught my eye, so I placed my order directly through Yelp, two hours in advance. I took a little nap, woke up to a notification that my food was on the way, and dove right in the moment it arrived. Everything tasted just as good as it looked--fresh, flavorful, and totally hit the spot! Trying a new spot can be a gamble, but I absolutely loved it. So much so that I'm already planning to come back with my partner and dine in next time. Teawich just earned a spot in my regular rotation!

What are the boa buns made of ? Are they sweet or just like a plain dough

It is plain but i personally think there is a natural sweetness. It was made of flour. Though It is not typically Chinese way , i think they did good job creating a new way to eat the bun.

The only thing I would say they could improve is the menu. It's mounted pretty high up and the print is a little small, making it hard to read. Overall, definitely a good sandwich spot and I'd come back if I'm in the area again!

My favorite so far has been the Matt Cain, it's a popular one, but honestly you just can't go wrong here. We also added red onion and banana peppers for a little kick and it was perfect. Every sauce they have is amazing. I wish they sold it separately. They evenly place the meat and other fillings so you're not getting gross bites full of one thing, and their bread options are all great. We also had a butterscotch root beer and it was perfect for a fall treat. They gave us caramel lollipops with our sandwich which I loved. The man taking our order was super friendly and answered a bunch of questions we had, and they were playing actual good music the whole time. Another bonus: every location you go to has a slightly different menu. Their food is a little pricey but the sandwiches are big so you can split one or have enough for two meals. I suggest you back into the parking spot so you can get a clear view of how many cars are coming or going before you pull out of the spot. Never had a bad sandwich from Ike's in any location. We've been ordering from this one since it's the closest in the I.E. Never dined in-store, just pick-up. Our order is always ready by the time we pick-up and today it was ready 10 minutes before the projected pick-up time. They've been running these voting deals lately where you vote on your favorite sandwich between two of their signature sandwiches and I'll say, it's not only worked (it was buy one get one free of the winning sandwich), it's gotten me to try other sandwiches that I would never normally try. For years my go-to was the Menage-A-Trios and now I'm a fan of the KP Nasty sandwich. I've tried the Marshawn Lynch sandwich, also very good. This location is always clean and the employees are always pleasant and attentive.

Yep- Safe to say that your favorite Yelp correspondent has gone SWEET on Sourdough & Company and its lineup of well-made sandos on that incredibly satisfying bread! Over five visits spread between the three stores, I've ordered their pastrami, brisket, chicken salad and peppered turkey breast sandwiches, always in the largest size, which clocks in at 8" long. Tonight, my first foray to its Upland branch, I returned back to the order that shot my foodie heart with its well-aimed arrow- A hot pastrami and provolone served with the house spread (a balsamic mayonnaise) and onions on their unctuous sourdough. The staffers, two young men of hugh school age, were kind enough to let me use the restroom even tho it was close to closing time and they'd just freshly mopped the floors. The decor of all the S&C stores is the same- Farmhouse Americana. Pro Tip #1- S&C will sell you loaves of their just baked sourdough. $4.99/loaf but each loaf is 16-18" in length (check out my photos for an eye-opener!) and reasonably healthy.... Pro Tip #2- Each loaf of S&C's chief moneymaker is packed w/ 12g of protein and its sourdough composition actually makes them a much smarter choice for diabetics because they offer a better glycemic index. Translation? The glucose is released into the bloodstream at a slower, steadier pace, averting a rapid sugar/carb spike. Suffice to say that I'm an ardent fan of Sourdough & Company and am rooting for their continued success! Make sure you get to your nearest branch (Monrovia, Yorba Linda, Upland and soon to be Chino Hills) and discover a healthier alternative to most sandwich shoppes!
