There was plenty of parking. There were only three people in the store and they had already ordered so I took my time deciding what I wanted and asked for any recommendations. The cashier recommended the peachy lychee with jelly and jasmine tea which was good I should've gotten it a little less sweeten. There's options and you can customize any drink. Would this be my go to? Probably if I was on this side of town but to go out of my way probably not. I ended up buying the dirty Ube with coffee jelly to go for tomorrow so it's in the fridge. Historically I haven't been a huge fan of Teaspoon as a chain, however, this location delivers and is overall a nice addition this this plaza which was in desperate need of a boba shop. The tea drinks taste authentic and the boba was soft and chewy. I especially like that they're open till 11pm making it a "late night" option for this part of town. Happened to be in the area and saw that they had balloons outside so I stopped in to check it out. Upon entering, some of the staff were putting decorations together. I was immediately greeted and they were happy to stop what they were doing to tell me about the business and make recommendations. Naiyesh was very helpful and patient as I debated my choices. She even offered me samples of the lychee and mango jellies to go with my drink. I got the grasshopper with mango jellies. I like how you can customize the sweetness of your drink. I came across Teaspoon on IG. Since I have a love for boba, figured to try the place out. My husband went this afternoon and ordered a Starlight Sesame and Golden Brew along with a chocolate and cotton candy macaron. Upon ordering the drinks, he was told there was enough honey boba for one drink and it'd be a few minutes for the next batch to finish. A few minutes later, he was told that it'd actually be 20-30 min for the honey boba to finish (btw how does a boba place not have enough boba made throughout the day) and he could choose between crystal or brown sugar crystal boba for the other drink. So he asked for the Starlight to have the honey boba and the Golden Sesame with brown sugar crystal boba. When I drank the Starlight Sesame it had two different kinds of boba! It had both the honey boba and crystal boba when he asked for my drink to have all honey boba since they said there was enough for one drink. As for the macaron, they gave him a vanilla macaron when it was supposed to be chocolate and the cotton candy macaron was all smashed. The drinks were sub par. Sesame just wasn't for me. The macarons weren't the greatest either. For $3 I expected better since it's such a small macaron. It wasn't a good first impression for us and we'd like to give Teaspoon a second chance, but we'll see. read more

We noted the 7-8 people sitting and talking at the entry table, and one singular worker trying to handle everything by herself. We placed our orders, sat down; two people came in after us, ordered, paid, and sat down. We sat there for well over 20 minutes, and eventually had to leave after paying, without our drinks, as we were killing time before an appt. What spurred us to leave was she served the 2 people who came in AFTER us, and certainly after the 7-8 people that had been waiting before us. I do not fault the slowness, as she was very VERY clearly overwhelmed; however, serving the 2 individuals ahead of the 11 people that came in before them did not inspire confidence that we would be getting our drinks within the next 20 minutes.
