What a great find in this area! I love how they serve food too! I got the pad see ew with shrimp and it was good! They didn't short me with the shrimp! I got the mango tea with assorted jelly. They made it exactly how I liked it! Service was excellent. Staff were so nice! The improvement is to maybe not have middle school students overstay their welcome. This is a boba shop that's kind of hidden. I like that they had different boba flavors than a normal boba shop. I got lime Thai tea, and my mom got an ube latte with taro pudding. Boba Boy is seriously one of my favorite spots! Their chicken lumpia is hands down the best in town, which is saying a lot because it's actually hard to find lumpia with a chicken filling done this well. Crispy, flavorful, and always hits the spot. And don't even get me started on the slush... it's killer. I always order the same one because it never disappoints. The croffles are another must-try perfectly crispy, a little indulgent, and super unique. On top of that, the service is always warm and welcoming, and they even have claw machines inside which makes it such a fun place to hang out. Nice balance, not too sweet, but there is some weird almost like "dairy alternative" or powdered milk subtle flavor and aftertaste that is really off putting. There was a decent boba portion, but I think my drink could have used a little less ice. Almost half of the container is ice. I didn't even get all of the boba because of the ice. The cannolis are good, but I wish the shells were a little softer. There is ample seating and games available, plus there is an outdoor patio. Cute little place! This is an amazing boba place and highly recommend if you're in the area. The tea is flavorful and clearly a good quality product. The boba was fresh and a decent texture, on the less flavorful side but not bad. My only complaint would be that they can't adjust the sugar levels. Since it seems like the teas are freshly made idk why they're not able to adjust the sugar? Just a little disappointing since adjusting the sugar is better for diabetics to enjoy it. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience left me genuinely frustrated. When I walked into the establishment, no one greeted me. I quietly sat on the couch, waiting for my drink, while my son played the game they have inside. In the owner's reply to my Google review, she claimed I was playing the game when my drink was called. That's false. I was sitting patiently the entire time while my son played. She also claimed I didn't acknowledge my drink being called until after they assisted another customer. That is completely false. They didn't assist the other lady until I was already heading out the door. It's frustrating to have my experience misrepresented just to avoid accountability, especially when I was respectful and calm throughout my visit. Even more telling--she completely ignored the part where I said I wasn't greeted at all. Rather than addressing the feedback or acknowledging any shortcomings, the response was defensive and dismissive. It felt like an attempt to discredit me instead of take responsibility. I have no reason to make up anything. I left a review based on a real experience, and I was met with denial instead of accountability. That speaks volumes about how they handle customer concerns. I saw this place on my way to lunch and decided to stop by afterwards. The Milk Black Tea with Boba was good and not overly sweet it was a perfect drink after the heavy Ramen. I just picked up 3 drinks and a Nutella Funnel Cake. I ordered 2- Pinky Drinks, (strawberry milk) my kids enjoyed that. I ordered the brown sugar boba and that's when I decided to write this review. The boba was slimy and so sticky I spit it out. Ridiculously overly sweet. Then there was the funnel cake.. the worst taste of old oil, it was so tough, almost like fried early and then reheated? I don't know but this was awful I threw it out and my stomach already hurts from the piece I ate. Will definitely never return to this place.
