I came in 3 weeks after and they said "shipment does not come until next week on Monday or Tuesday, we were supposed to have them this week but it got delayed." I came in Tuesday and said that "shipment won't come in until, Thursday now." Honestly just say you sold my jersey shirt. The cost for these jerseys is just not worth it, there are definitely better places to buy from than this store.

T-Shirts Plus saved me! My great-grandson's name was put on the cuff with the "heat-press" ( I think that is what it is called) method in the font style, color and size of my choice. It looks so very nice and the folks who own it and work there are very kind and helpful.

In the same shopping center as the bowling alley. There is ample parking. Really easy to find because it's right off of 152. My son has purchased a couple boards, has taken a few boards there to get grip tape installed and has bought some clothes from here. Everytime I have taken him the service has always been impeccable. The gentleman and lady are always so welcoming. The gentleman is very knowledgeable. Last week my son sent me there on my way home from work to pick up bearings cleaner. I know nothing about skateboards and the like nor do I pretend to. I'm probably the equivalent of that old skool example of a woman walking into a mechanic shop...you know the one. The one where it is assumed just because you're a woman you don't know anything and they can say a phalange is missing so in order to install that it's $99...lol! Yeah like that. Anyhow, my husband walked in and asked for bearings cleaner and Justin told him, look don't waste your money. Have your son look up Youtube videos and use rubbing alcohol, gasoline, etc to clean it after taking it a part and then use Speed Cream ($8). He totally could have up sold us and didn't. I so respect that. My son also follows their IG page and every time my son has messaged them, they've been very responsive. Totally recommend this place. Customer service is better than the 5 possible stars Yelp allows without their substantial inventory of sports wear, boards, shoes, etc.

It was my first time here but I actually liked this one better. They have banners, jersey shirts, posters, pennants, and etc. I honestly didn't know why there was a Kirk Hinrich poster for the same price as the other posters when he doesn't even play with the Bulls anymore, lol. Anyways, they ran out of Derrick Rose posters so I ended up settling for a Bulls pennant to add to my other pennants that I have in my room. Overall, this place is really big and really organized so it's easy to find things unlike the other sports store. By the way, this place is right next to Mainland fyi.

I've bought about six firearms from Sportsman's Warehouse along with over 5,000 rounds of ammo, and…read moreI keep coming back mainly because of their pricing. They consistently have some of the best deals in town on both guns and ammo, which is hard to beat. Their website is another big advantage. It's easily one of the best compared to other local shops. It shows what's in stock, and if something isn't available at your location, it tells you where you can find it. That level of transparency makes shopping a lot easier and saves time. I also like that this location is close to me, and I haven't had any issues with purchases or the overall buying process. That said, the experience at the gun counter can be inconsistent. Some employees are solid, but others either come off as overly cocky or seem to lack basic firearm knowledge. I'm not there for stories or to hear about someone's background, I just want a smooth, professional experience when buying a firearm. One experience that stood out was when I purchased a .22 LR AR-style rifle for plinking. The employee assisting me seemed unsure about basic handling. There were moments that didn't inspire confidence when it came to safely handling and operating the firearm. I also witnessed a similar situation involving another employee who didn't appear confident clearing a shotgun. Situations like that are concerning, especially in a setting where safety should be the top priority. I understand that people have to learn somewhere, and I respect that, but when it comes to working behind a gun counter, there should already be a strong foundation of knowledge and safety awareness. Overall, this location is great for pricing, convenience, and their website. If they improved consistency in staff training and professionalism at the gun counter, this would easily be one of the best places to shop.

I was in line for ammo and he even asked, Oh you want ammo and I said yes. Went to wait two aisles down and he sees me waiting and he's finishing up with his customer. The customer left for a few mins and I thought he still is fishing up but nope. A new customer comes up for ammo and he helped him. I been waiting for him for a while finishing up with the first customer but for him to help another customer after that knowing that I was waiting for him, AH. I was so upset but then I see two staffs coming from the back and then one went to the aisle in front of me so I went around and asked in a rude way. Poor guy had to hear me say all this BS: he apologized but then I didn't care but wanted to just get the hell out of that dam place! I'm so mad I don't even want to give a star!

However, customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. There is 1 gal there with no customer service skills. She rarely finds solutions for her customers and lacks in her communication skills. Not to mention the TERRIBLE return policy. They have items that are final sale but there is little to no signage about what is returnable or not. When you make a purchase they may or may not tell you something is final sale. Most of the time you will be offered equal exchange or store credit but rarely will receive a full refund. Do not recommend buying Christmas gifts here due to the return window being 14 days and things purchased in December need to be returned by December 24th! I definitely prefer the Merced store over the Atwater store just for the customer service experience. However, be absolutely sure about your purchase because it may be a challenge to be able to return, exchange.
