If any of you still wish to do business with this place, (I highly recommend you don't) make them count/measure in your presence, ALL the amount of firewood you receive before purchase. A cord of wood typically measures 128 Cubic Ft i.e. 8ftW by 4ftH by 4ftL. Because more than likely they'll sell you short and hoping you won't notice. I hired Eric to locate and remove some roots that were cracking some cement work and going under my…read morehouse. I also planned to have some hedges removed and 3 trees trimmed. Although the roots were difficult to locate and it was a hit and miss type thing, Eric was able to locate the culprit roots that were causing the damage. He had to remove a few large bricks near the porch and then he was able to dig down far enough to cut and remove the roots. He then replaced the bricks and put the dirt back in and the lifted part was now level. Eric also trimmed 3 trees. He climbed each tree, located branches that were bad and cut a lot that were bad or causing problems. Before cutting anything, he made a visual check of several branches for signs of disease or fungus and removed them Overall, Eric did more than he planned for the same price he quoted. Later, he was able to come over to our house for an in-person look at what needed to be done, and his quote was very reasonable, so we signed then and there. He came the very next day, right after the rain stopped, to start work, and he completed everything in about 3 hours. He filled in the holes, cleaned everything up, and left our front yard looking good. Now, there were a total of 8 stumps to take out. One of them was a particularly gnarly thing that was squatting grumpily between a sprinkler and our water valves. I was pretty sure that stump had already punched through a sprinkler line underground...either that, or I figured taking it out might mean breaking a sprinkler or valve since that stump was just so close to everything. Eric brought me over to take a look - and that stump had been so *carefully* removed. Amazingly, the roots hadn't punctured through anything, and Eric had done some very precision work on getting that stump out so that sprinklers, valves, pipes, and wires were all untouched. It was impressive stuff. Oh and he also trimmed our overgrown tree, and it looks nice again. We'll definitely call on him again in the future for more work.

They shot me over a quote...gave me a price for emergency removal & a price for non emergency...it was a $300 difference...I knew that my neighbors were annoyed that my tree was in their property and they wanted it gone asap but I tried to save a buck and opted for regular removal, I was sent a quote the next day. Radly told me he would be available Saturday the 21st to remove it. A week of waiting made me nervous, but it was raining and snowing and it was to get done after the storm, but had I not tried to save a buck I could have chosen emergency removal. Saturday comes & they text me at 8:23 am to let me know they are on the way! I let them know I had guest open gate....well.......at 9:50 am I had a missed call I work nights so I didn't wake up til 1 pm sometime. I called back inbox full..I text and nothing....I called back again & lets cut this story short because I am getting annoyed reliving this whole ordeal lol...Radly told me my video was misleading and that the quote he gave me would go up and I responded ok how much and he told me he'd have a quote ready and emailed in 2 hrs....
