From the very beginning, she was rude, dismissive, and condescending. Every question I asked was met with a response that made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of helped. From what I could tell, they have a decent selection of trees, but after that interaction I wasn't even able to enjoy looking around because I just wanted to leave. My husband has been there before and says everyone else has always been friendly, so I'm trying not to judge the entire business based on one employee. Still, one bad interaction can make a lasting impression, and unfortunately this experience was enough that we'll likely be taking our business elsewhere.

I want to start by…read moresaying the staff member who helped me locate the 5-gallon palo verde trees was excellent--very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely changed my impression. The cashier was not friendly and seemed impatient, which made the process uncomfortable and disappointing. The nursery does offer fair pricing and a wide selection of plants, which I appreciated. However, customer service--especially at checkout--is just as important. Because of this experience, I will likely choose to shop somewhere else next time.
