I strongly advise against hiring Fabio or his team at Eco Pro Arbor Care. My experience was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating, and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. I had used them once before for tree trimming because they were cheap and Fabio seemed friendly enough. That was a mistake I wouldn't make twice. This time, I hired them to remove some bushes and trees around my yard -- and it turned into a nightmare. His crew left empty beer bottles, cans, cigarette butts, and trash scattered throughout my yard, leaving the place a mess. They broke four sprinklers and even damaged sprinkler lines in several spots, costing me more time and money to repair. Worst of all, they never finished the job I paid for. We paid in full for a tree stump removal that never happened. After countless unanswered texts and calls, I finally gave up and hired someone else to finish what they started. Bottom line: If you value integrity, professionalism, and basic honesty, stay far away from Fabio and Eco Pro Arbor Care. Fabio increased the estimate given by Giovanni by $50. He said they would come at 7:30 AM and after a couple of calls by me, finally arrived well after 10:AM. He was aggressively trying to charge me more. Their business card indicates they would accept credit cards, but he made excuses and declined to accept my credit card. Giovanni was good but his boss, Fabio,, was constantly trying to find ways of charging more and it was an unpleasant experience to deal with him. On a technicality, he would not cut the tops of the trees in the front yard. I am reluctant to use the company again or recommend to my friends. I may change my mind if Giovanni is the only one involved. read more

I develop back aches every time I have to trim it with my branch trimmer extension, so I was glad to see the great job they did to top the tree in half and kept everything in good proportion. Normally too busy to write reviews as a facilities manager at a large Inland Empire church with a vast array of over one hundred well established trees, some 30 years old. I have been on staff here for 19 years. It is on my heart to share with you how much of a saving grace Eco Pro Arbor Care proved to be for our community as we anticipated a large crowd this Easter 2024. On the Tuesday before Easter celebration I met Andrew and Fabio to help me trim up and de-jungle to some degree our Guest Parking area that had much overgrowth. So much had overgrown that the +30 pepper trees had lost large limbs to sheer-force. The pepper trees were so dense that they blotted out the morning sun. Something moved my heart to review the area, with Andrew's guidance, we were able to strike an agreement for that section to be groomed to a high degree. Andrew was informed of our budget concerns and from my experience having had to absorb tree-trimming costs through the years...I knew what to expect in general & worried for the compressed time-schedule. Eco Pro Arbor Care made an offering of timeliness and arboreal swiftness that one could easily see as a blessing. Needless to say a deal was struck and Eco Pro Arbor Care was able to dispatch a truck same business day to begin the project. The job was done superbly. Their service is incredible. DO NOT HIRE ECO PRO LAWN. My husband contacted Fabio to come and trim 4 of our palms. They came to cut all 4 palm on a Friday. when they were trimming the palm leafs + heavy pods from the palms they were letting everything fall on my roof. I had told them they needed to be careful. Friday evening I noticed that my palm tree leafs were falling down after they had already cut it and a couple hours later it was completely broken off. we contacted Fabio to come back out to cut the leafs hanging because we park are ours in the driveway and didn't want damages happening the our cars. He told us he would be out in the morning at 8am to take care of the problem he told us since it was windy , the wind broke it. I have had my palm trees cut 10 + times and they never have broke. he told us to be there at 8am. he was a  NO SHOW. we called him all day and he did not answer. HE called us later that night and gave us an excuse and then told us he would be there at 8am the next morning tho take care of it. Didn't show up again. everyday was a excuse to why he. couldn't come out or he would just ignore us. 6 days later and our palm leafs are still hanging from our tree. He's a huge liar and does not know how to talk to his customer or run a business. he doesn't keep his word. a leaf did fall and hit the svu and he didn't seem to care. we had to hire another company to come out and cut the leaves because he never showed up even tho he told us 5 times that his guys will be there at 8am and never showed up. This young kid is just money hungry. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Next time I see him will be in court! Don't have a business if you don't know how to run it. read more

Be warned, do not pay Fabio prior to all the work being completed that was agreed to. His crew trimmed several trees and cut down a few trees in our yard. After completing the majority of the work he asked for payment, so we paid him in full. At the time there were several tree stumps that still were to be removed and a vine that needed trimmed. He became very unresponsive and never returned to complete the work. It's unfortunate because they did a really nice job trimming our palm trees. It's very frustrating to deal with someone that has no integrity and does not keep their word. read more

I hired Fabio for biweekly lawn services; to check an area of sprinklers that were not working; to make a small area of grass, dirt for my dog; and to do a one-time cleanup of my yard (trees, shrubery, etc...). He quoted me $550 for the cleanup. Halfway through the cleanup, the lies started to commence: 1. "My sprinkler guy called off, so I can't check your sprinklers today. I will have him check it when we come back for biweekly service." 2. "My tree trimmer stopped working. I will finish when we come back for service." 3. The grass area that was suppose to be turned to dirt. "We sprayed the grass to kill it. We will come back and hoe it out after it dies." Although the cleanup job wasn't finished, I believed him and not only paid him in full when he said that they were done for the day, but I also gave him a $100 tip! The next day, I noticed that one of my sprinklers was broken and spewing out water. I called/text Fabio a few times telling him that they broke one of my sprinklers. He never returned my calls or text and I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN! 1. Cleanup job not completely done (all trees and shrubbery not trimmed), 2. Grass area that was supposedly sprayed to kill it was actually not sprayed at all - it is as green as my other grass, 3. Sprinklers were not checked, and 4. A BIG NO SHOW to come back for biweekly service. CONSUMERS BEWARE! Fabio promises a lot, but is actually full of excuses, very dishonest, and non-communicative once he gets paid! read more

I spoke with Fabio about planting a tree in my front yard and removing some debris and trimming trees on a hill in my backyard. I can't say the work was either good or bad, but he did use some of the guys he brought to do a last minute side job at my neighbors that they did spur of the moment. But that's not what this bad review is about. I discovered a couple days after they left that a sprinkler joint on my hill had been broken and they unsuccessfully tried to repair it. I know this because I had my handyman here to repair some sprinklers, and he said that that one had some brand new repair tape on it. He was the only one that had been up on that hill. So I got a hold of Fabio and that's when this web of lies from him gets really crazy. He said his guys didn't tell them they had broken it. He then said he'd come out and repair it (which he never did.) I called him back and told him my sprinkler guy was there and he'd charge $50 to fix it. Fabio was very happy about that because it would save him gas money and time to get out here so he told me he'd pay me back. 1 - Zillo transfer "what? it didn't go through?" 2 - second zillo transfer " I got the zillo problem fixed you should receive it." 3 - " you didn't get it? I'll send you a check." 4 - " The check went out. I don't know why you didn't get it. I'll put a cancel on it. I'm in the neighborhood and I will run you by a check". Well, guess what, there never has been a check, Zillo transfer or any thing else. I always initiated conversation also. I can't believe a reputable business would treat a customer like this. He quoted and charged me significantly less than the last 2 places I've gotten to do my trees and came the very next day. His crew was willing to use ladders as much as possible rather than just using the spikes that the others have which left the trees looking a lot less shredded than in the past.
