Very disappointed with my experience here. My sister and I called ahead to make sure they could get us in for pedicures. They said they could get us in right away. They sat us down and gave us the list of different kinds of pedicures that we wanted. We both picked to get the "pro" pedicure. After picking what we wanted they then told us that they only had time to give us the basic cheap pedicure. So what the hell was the point in even asking us what we wanted if you didn't have time to give us the pedicures that we wanted??? My sister actually received a massage with her pedicure..I did not. Mine was rushed because the lady that was doing my pedicure had a client come in for her appointment. It was the worst experience. They were rude and I will never come back. read more

Nothing upsets me more then being deceived. I was given a menu of services and asked for a basic pedicure with a $5 add on for callus removal, when I went to pay it was $10 over the cost of the basic pedicure. So evidently when she asked if I would like "cucumber lotion", which I had to ask what she was asking me 3 times because there was a language barrier, there is an additional expense for lotion. Wow, a pedicure without lotion, that's a 1st! Miffed it is in my nature to give standard 20% tip, because I was really feeling flim flammed by the time I got home. She was very professional & filled me in on their services, etc. I told her I was looking for a "Home Shop" that I can go to for my nails & have an appt. Which I am used to & they take appts. We've now been coming for over a year. This place is amazing. Appointment oriented and on time is what I like. I've used all the technicians but Ann and Lilly are the best. My wife goes for her jell tips and they last forever. Their pedicure massage are amazing. Even free they still take the time to work the muscles. Give them a try. read more

By far the WORST full set/mani I have EVER had!! Spent $40 plus tip and was told the design was free.. the whole mani should have been free for the way they look!! I literally cried when I walked out. I just got engaged too so everyone will be looking at my hand this Christmas and these God awful nails. I'm sad to see negative reviews regarding TT Nails. It appears they were possibly made by friends of an unhappy ex-employee. This is unfair to Betty, her business, and other employees!! I was a previous nail salon owner and ran a very successful and clean salon, with happy customers. I know that the "word of mouth" reviews and comments can 'make or break' a business. Please don't let the few negative comments which were just recently made, and coincidentally all made within 24 hour period, and shortly after an employee chose to leave employment at TT Nails. When I moved here from out of state, I went to three nail salons before I found one I was satisfied with. Being a previous salon owner myself, I'm extremely picky!! When I first came to AZ, in search of my perfect salon that I would visit every two weeks, I encountered dirty salons, one that burnt my feet with callous remover, one with rude employees that weren't friendly, and one that did crappy nails ... and then I found TT Nails!!! TT Nails is very clean, all employees are very personable and speak fluent English. Betty, the owner, is very sweet and quite accommodating ... NEVER have I heard her talk rudely to customers or her employees. Believe me ... I'm a critic and would be honest if I had bad vibes or service of ANY kind. My nails look perfect and my pedicures are fabulous and relaxing! And they always offer you a beverage to drink while you receive your service. Please visit the salon and check it out for yourself, and learn first-hand that the 'negative' comments were only made made as a favor to an unhappy ex-employee. I used to go here and see Hanna. I followed Hanna to this location. At first everything seemed great, then unfortunately things changed. They brought on a woman named Lindsey who is quite obnoxious and rude. Every time I would come in for my appointment with Hanna, Lindsey would try and tell me how much "better she is than Hanna". Highly Doubtful! I let her give my fiancé a pedicure and it was terrible! He was in pain for days! She tried to blame little things "wrong" with his previous pedicure. Funny part is, he has only had pedicures from this location with no complaints before. The prices being charged there are over priced. I will follow Hanna to her new location with better prices and a better environment for her and her clients. read more

Lindsey did my pedicure and Linda did my acrylics! The best you'll find in the Goodyear area, believe me! They also did my lash extensions and I couldn't be happier! They're customer service is also wonderful! As soon as you walk in for your appointment they always ask if you would like anything to drink and that to me always makes something like getting your nails done much more enjoyable. I came in for a polish change and fix up the shape ( I should note I did not get my acrylics here only Polish change. I like the nail polish but not really liked that they only have one brand of them. I would of liked to seen a deletion of brands.But They were nice and welcoming. The thing I did not like was how my left thumb looks. I actually bump it and told the guy who proceeded to just go over it and no top coat, now my thumb looks streaking. Went in with my mom on 5th to get a pedi and mani done. Decided to do the gel dip because they said it would last a month, they started doing my nails before giving me a price for the gel dip ($60!) I was like okay fine but it's been 12 days and it's already chipped and I'm not one to complain I hate it but I didn't like my nails when they were done my husband said they looked like a bubble blob. In town w/ my bf visiting his dad and I needed a mani and pedi. I really wanted to like this place given the number of reviews and it's score, but it was meh. I made my appt and when I walked in, yeah they were busy so they had me wait in the chair with my feet soaking for about half an hour. They got the only guy in there to work on my feet half an hour after my appt time. I guess it was a busy day because one lady came over to tell me he'd be with me in 5 minutes since he was hungry. My guess is he didn't have lunch. I told him it was fine, I mean I needed my stuff done. Anyway, back to when he started working on my feet. By this time, the water has gone cold and then I let him know what color and what I'd like done. I only wanted the classic mani and pedi. He handed me some other menu with a bunch of different types of pedicure and I politely declined. He puts the menu back and starts. This isn't my first time getting a pedi. He cleaned my feet, did the callous remover with that metal grater thing which I had never done before and worried me, but whatever. So he tells me to feet back in the water, doesn't rinse my feet off like the lady had done to her client next to me, AND doesn't even fold the towel over or get a new one to put my "clean" feet on so he can put polish. He proceeded to put lotion on my legs and would pick off bits of my skin and the other stuff he cleaned off my feet which got on my leg since it got mixed in while he was doing the massage and failed to go to the clean side of the towel. Pretty gross. Never in all my time I've gotten pedis has that ever happened. He didn't put alcohol on my "clean" feet either after working on it, which the lady next to me did to her client and which all the other pedi places I've been to done. Either he was lazy or didn't feel the need to do it right because I didn't upgrade my pedi maybe? Or maybe it's because I'm new and they've never seen me before. He went on to do another lady's hands (probably his appt) and had me sit with some other lady for my hands. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the other ladies were nice enough including the one who did my hands - French tip gel mani. Total without tip cost me $60. According to their menu I was expecting about $48. So 1 star because the end result was decent, and the other star for the mani. If this review was for just the pedi it would be one star. They have their regular clients who seem to like them so I guess they're not all bad; but this is the second nail shop I've tried in this area. I guess I have to keep looking. read more

I was told to wait. 45 minutes later they had someone else checked in before me and someone walked in and was taken ahead of me because they had an appointment. Before the appointment walk in there were 2 techs available that could have had me done by the time the appointment walked in. The owner was so rude to me and when i told her that i could have been done, she raised her hands to me and said "no ..no" i said i was leaving and not going to come back and the owner said "ok, thats fine". The salon was very clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming! I got a gel french manicure and deluxe pedicure. I found my experience relaxing and felt the attendants were highly skilled. I really appreciate that they put hygiene first there and use special liners in the spa that are replaced before each new customer. I felt the prices were good, pretty comparable to the other salons I have been to in the area. The staffs English speaking and understanding was excellent which was a huge plus. I will definitely go back again and so far this is the best nail spa I have been to in the 20+ years I have been getting my nails done! read more

Very familiar with this place, I usually get my eyelashes done by Linda on a regular! But I got my nails done for the first time there today and I fell in love with how nice and welcoming the shop is! Linda is so talented, she does nails, eyelashes, and microblading eyebrows! She did my nails for the first time and I fell in love with the time she took to Purrfect them! Usually other shops struggle with shaping when the nails aren't very long, but she took her time and they came out perfect and natural ! Just what I asked for ! I use to love going to this place. Would go every 2-3 weeks, but the new owner, she has no business owning any company. She is rude, treats her employees horrible. I have mixed feelings on this salon. It's super clean and cute. The staff was friendly. I really liked my pedicure, the nail tech did a good job, but didn't do anything to my cuticles. My manicure was done by someone else and was only so-so. Never soaked my fingers, again nothing done to my cuticles, and she used the buzzer thing they use to rough up your nails for acrylics, except I was just getting a shellac manicure. I HATE the buzzer thing and when I asked to not have it she said my polish wouldn't hold- however I've never had a salon use the buzzer before. I'd maybe go back for a pedicure, but no way would I go back for a shellac manicure. read more
