After a long home search on my own, I was lucky enough to meet Michael at an open house he was selling. His warm, inviting demeanor coupled with his deep knowledge of the Westchester neighborhood gave me the confidence that he could help me navigate finding the right home. Jamie and Michael build relationships with their clients, vendors and community and the only reason I found my home was because of their relationships. They learned about my now home as it was falling out of escrow and within 24 hours I was able to view the property and put in an offer. Being able to place an offer before the home went back on the market was critical for me and took the crazy bidding war out of the picture. For this I was grateful! Beyond being my realtors, they were the project managers of my home renovation. They embody the definition of full service, from how they listed and marketed the property to how they dealt with inspections and City required retrofit work. Before Grant even listed the property he did a thorough walk through and gave us a detailed list of things we could do to make the property more appealing. Grant has LOTS of connections and he was able to advertise our property to more people than simply those using the Multiple Listing Service or the other listing service (I forget the name ) used for commercial real estate. He had an Open House where a caravan of Realtors visited the property. That in itself created a lot of buzz and interest in the local real estate market. That certainly helped us quickly get multiple offers that had to compete against each other for the highest bid possible. That also made it possible for us to sell the property, "as is," which in today's commercial market is not easy to do. My only regret is that I did not use them in the past to sell our other property, and the only reason was because I didn't know of them at that time. That is not a mistake I will make twice when it's time to unload more properties. I can't think of a single thing that can be improved in their service and so I recommend them without reservation. GHOSTED. the agent Amanda who showed me the property was very nice and trying to help but it was out of her hands, basically they said my offer was too low to even make a counteroffer. So instead they'd rather just ignore me? Not even let me make a follow up offer? And then after 2 weeks of all these calls and messages I FINALLY got a call back from Natalie on their team and wow, SO CONDESCENDING, she just made it worse. 100% bad experience with this company, horrible service, $110 wasted. Proceed with caution. ****EDIT WITH RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE**** No I was not told that I wouldn't get a counteroffer or I wouldn't have applied. My offer was only 12% off the asking price and I thought that was just the beginning of the negotiation, it's very common these rentals offer a month free and this is just a tiny bit more of a discount than that. The sewer ejecting system was improperly installed and caused thousands of dollars in damage. Per the customer Johana Fuentes own words the house she was sold came with many construction imperfections that were caused by improper construction practices. A patio deck what was improperly water proofed caused thousands in damages. When it was determined that the sewer ejecting system was improperly installed Joe Reichling preceded to intervene by bringing his own contractor and confuse Johana cancel the project at 85% completed. As a small business owner to have a job canceled at 85% is a very devastating business blow. In the next few days Joe continued to text me aggressively to justify the deposit Johana had given me. It is apparent that Joe does not care for the blue collar working man and is just interested in protecting himself and his interests no matter who he steps on.
