I can't say enough about the entire process of selling my rental property through Grant and his assistant, Natalie. Everything was done seamlessly and efficiently. They embody the definition of full service, from how they listed and marketed the property to how they dealt with inspections and City required retrofit work. I just stayed in the background while they did all the legwork. Before Grant even listed the property he did a thorough walk through and gave us a detailed list of things we could do to make the property more appealing. Grant has LOTS of connections and he was able to advertise our property to more people than simply those using the Multiple Listing Service or the other listing service (I forget the name ) used for commercial real estate. He had an Open House where a caravan of Realtors visited the property. That in itself created a lot of buzz and interest in the local real estate market. That certainly helped us quickly get multiple offers that had to compete against each other for the highest bid possible. That also made it possible for us to sell the property, "as is," which in today's commercial market is not easy to do. My only regret is that I did not use them in the past to sell our other property, and the only reason was because I didn't know of them at that time. That is not a mistake I will make twice when it's time to unload more properties. I can't think of a single thing that can be improved in their service and so I recommend them without reservation. I rarely take the time to write a review for anything since I am very busy, but I had no problem with this one because the service was just so exceptional. You should do your due diligence and interview other realtors since of course who you choose is important. However, I'm sure you'll end up choosing Grant's team. read more

TLDR: GHOSTED AFTER APPLYING Wow unbelievable experience working with this company. I was making an offer on a townhouse they had for rent and was instructed to file an application to start the offer process. So I paid the fees, $54.99 x 2 to apply. NEVER HEARD BACK. I called, I emailed, I texted, I contacted through the listing. GHOSTED. the agent Amanda who showed me the property was very nice and trying to help but it was out of her hands, basically they said my offer was too low to even make a counteroffer. So instead they'd rather just ignore me? Not even let me make a follow up offer? And then after 2 weeks of all these calls and messages I FINALLY got a call back from Natalie on their team and wow, SO CONDESCENDING, she just made it worse. 100% bad experience with this company, horrible service, $110 wasted. Proceed with caution. ****EDIT WITH RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE**** No I was not told that I wouldn't get a counteroffer or I wouldn't have applied. My offer was only 12% off the asking price and I thought that was just the beginning of the negotiation, it's very common these rentals offer a month free and this is just a tiny bit more of a discount than that. There was NOT consistent communication, not one of my calls, emails, Texts or messages through the app were returned. My review was 100% accurate. read more

We strongly recommend the Grant Linscott group to sell your home. Bottom line, they were very successful in selling our home in Los Feliz which closed in June 2026. We literally had one open house, decided on an offer within a couple of weeks and closed a 25 day escrow at considerably above the asking price. More than that, Grant, Natalie and the team were very responsive, confident and knew the process well. They kept us informed and were available when we and or prospects needed information, tours or discussion. We would not hesitate to use their services again the next time we sold a house. read more

Some dear friends recommended Grant to me when I started looking for a realtor to sell my home of 25 years. I interviewed several realtors, and while all were qualified and offered similar packages, Grant stood out as someone that I could work with and that he was the agent I was looking for. Working with Grant and his team made the whole process easy and, honestly, fun. What I liked most about Grant and Natalie is that they listened to me. They were very patient answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. They were right by my side at all the stages of negotiation, discussing all of my options and helping me to make informed decisions. And, they were not afraid to push and advocate for me throughout the process. I trusted and knew that I was in good hands. While I have moved away from the area, I would work with Grant, Natalie, and the team should I ever need their help in LA again. read more

With the assistance of Raquel, my agent, and the entire Grant Linscott Group, great service indeed. They were very knowledgeable, reliable, dedicated, and always there to give their support going through the process of selling my home! Without a doubt, an amazing team! Fast forward to only five days after the Open House, I received an offer and above asking price! Retirement is all the more sweeter! Next, a huge shout-out to Raquel. Whether by text, email, or by phone, during the early mornings or late evenings, she was always available to respond to all of my questions. Furthermore, Raquel has always been very helpful, courteous, and professional. Not only did she assist on the selling of my home but also assisted me through the purchasing of my new home. Not an easy task by all means! Additionally, Raquel has always provided her guidance with the kindest, best attitude, and with the utmost patience. She helped push through in advance closing escrow on both properties as well. Now, that is what I call talent and dedication! Lastly, I will certainly refer my friends, family, or acquaintances to Raquel and the entire Grant Linscott Group. I always felt confident that I can trust her and the entire Grant Linscott Group going through the process of selling my home to go smoothly, and it certainly was every step of the way! Go Raquel and to the Grant Linscott Group! I appreciate you all! read more

I met Grant and his team when I was looking for a home and they repped the buyer. I ended up buying a different home, but 5-ish years later, it was time to sell that residence so I contacted Grant. He came to my home the same day, did a market evaluation and didn't pressure me into signing the Listing Agreement. After a few more calls in which we talked about timelines, the overall process and pricing, I decided to list with him. We went live within the week and I got multiple offers. His team (Natalie and Jacqueline) were always present for appointments and it was a smooth process with lots of proactive communication. I've had two different realtors in different transactions and been heavily involved with transactions of friends and Grant is the best. I highly recommend him. read more

My wife and I have purchased and sold multiple properties with the Grant Linscott Group (GLG). We first worked with GLG in 2019 when my wife and I sold our first townhouse in Lake Balboa. We were so grateful for Ale's and Grant's expertise, professionalism, and compassion when we sold our first home. Because this was our first time selling a property, we had a lot of questions throughout the process, but thankfully Ale and Natalie were available at all times to answer everything. It was a quick close and they brought us an offer above asking! Because of the confidence and trust we had in GLG, we partnered again with Ale and Grant to purchase a home just three months later in Leimert Park. We trusted Ale with the negotiations and did not over pay despite the comps in the area. We now have a GREAT return on our current home thanks to Ale's "crystal ball" on the market. Just recently, my wife and I partnered with GLG yet again to sale our rental property in South LA. Within a week on the market, Grant and Natalie brought us multiple offers well over asking. We trusted Grant and his guidance to close quickly and efficiently, getting us the most return on our investment property. From the initial consultation, to the day you close, Grant and his team are attentive every step of the way! Weather you're buying or selling, GLG makes it simple and always go above and beyond. We will highly recommend (10 stars) GLG and work with them again in 2022 as our family continues to grow and we look for a bigger home. Thank you, Grant! Thank you, Ale!, Thank you, Natalie! read more

My wife and I had the privilege of working with the Grant Linscott Group while selling our Los Angeles home in March. I accepted a new position in Chicago that required our family to relocate within a month or so of accepting the position. Grant and Ale met with us at our home prior to committing to them to discuss the real estate climate, the selling process as well as their plan to maximize our selling experience. They gave us total and complete peace of mind and confidence through the entire process from start to finish. Their network of services were very impressive as Ale got multiple quotes within her network for painting and cleaning services. She also got multiple quotes from different staging companies that are in their network ensuring that we got the best services at the best price. In addition, after the house was painted, cleaned and staged, she had professional photos taken, including exterior drone shots both during the day as well as at sunset, that were absolutely fantastic!! Throughout the entire process, the team did a fantastic job of presenting all of the information, giving their collective professional opinions all while letting us know that they supported any decision we made. I can't begin to express how appreciative we were to have such a competent real estate group that was in constant communication with us at all stages in the process of selling and gave us full assurance that things were getting taken care of, all while we were literally hundreds of miles away from the actual process. Natalie was also great with ensuring that all documents were getting signed in the most pain-free and efficient way while guiding us through that process. They were able to market our home in a very short time, set up a realtor showing, 2 open houses and ultimately secure multiple offers over asking price in under a week!! read more

My husband and I are fist time home buyers and we recently closed on a house with Ale Zavalza-Grobman as our agent. Ale was superb in every way and we're very happy with our entire Grant Linscott Group experience. Ale was incredibly knowledgeable and always had our best interests in mind. She guided and consulted on the process from the beginning, never pressuring us and always steering us in the right direction. I don't know how many random texts and calls she answered from us over the months we worked together, but there were many, and she was always super fast to respond and happy to help! One of the most incredible parts of this process is that she stayed with us well after closing, organizing contractor work and being available at our property so my husband and I didn't have to take time off work. Literal life saver! On top of all this, Ale is a great person, easy to work with and has a great personality, so it really was a great experience. When it's time to sell or make another purchase Ale and the Grant Linscott Group will definitely be out team. read more

Fantastic end to end experience with Grant and his team. Raquel is an excellent realtor, a highly skilled negotiator and contractually very detail oriented. She helped us successfully buy a condo in LA when we found ourselves against multiple other offers. She took great care when she structured our written offer as well as ensuring the seller's agent knew we were very strong and serious buyers. We will definitely use Raquel again for our next property transaction and we couldn't recommend her highly enough! read more

Robert, Natalie and team represented the owners in the rental townhouse my fiancée and I rented in June. Many of the things they told us about the property ended up not coming to fruition once the lease was signed. We were told there would be a property management team who we could contact for maintenance issues. That turned out to be false. We were told that Natalie has a "fantastic relationship with the owners" and they were "super responsive". Another fallacy. We requested multiple repairs in June that are "still in the works" in September. So we just have to live with them until they decide to actually come and fix them. The only way we can contact "the owners" is via email. Good luck with that because the response can take anywhere from 2 days to 1 month. The place was still under construction when we rented and we were told that a gate would be put up. Once we moved in, we learned there were no plans for a gate. It was only when a homeless person attempted to break into one of the properties that an "accommodation" would be made for them to install a gate. ETA on that is still undetermined. It's incredibly frustrating to have to pay good money for a "luxurious" place to live and not be able to enjoy it fully. While GLG seems to have great reviews I would be wary of renting any property that they're listing. read more

I couldn't possibly express enough gratitude to Grant for making my 1st home buying experience such a smooth ride. Grant has an extremely rare combination of both experience and energy. He is young and doesn't sit behind a desk all day. Yet he seems to have the knowledge and experience of a 50 year L.A. real estate veteran. Its incredible how well he listens to the market. He seems to know everyone, he knows the neighborhoods, and he inspected the property I purchased with greater detail then the home inspector I hired! No kidding, Grant found a problem with a door that the inspector completely missed. I purchased my last property with Grant and I will purchase my next property with Grant. read more

I am a scruffy stay-at-home dad; I look a lot more like The Dude (minus the bathrobe) than a serious real estate investor. I am almost always accompanied by at least one of my three young children, two of whom have penchants for poorly-timed potty breaks. Both of these factors (plus a few more) had made acquiring our first investment property feel like a pipedream. Enter Grant Linscott. I met Grant this past Fall and four months later, we closed on a great duplex. When our deal looked like it was going to cave in, and all the other "service" professionals involved revealed their true nonchalance and/or incompetence, Grant (and his wonderful assistant Natalie) worked tirelessly to ensure that we didn't fall out of escrow ... and we didn't. Put simply, the deal would not have gone through without Grant and Natalie on our side. Despite having much bigger clients with much bigger deals, Grant never made me feel anything but valued and respected. Whether he was skiiing in Aspen, vacationing in Panama, or at home in Los Angeles, Grant was ALWAYS available, returned all of my calls and emails promptly, and when he said he would do something, he did it. Grant exudes a passion for his work and an expansive knowledge of the L.A. Basin (we never discussed the Valley, but he probably knows that market too). If you're in the market for a property anywhere from Santa Monica to Sierra Madre, enhance your odds and call Grant. He's the best. read more

I wish I could give Grant more than 5 stars. He is the best! He helped me buy my first home recently. It took us a while to find my perfect place; we looked long and hard for 8 months. A good friend of mine referred me to Grant, telling me, "Grant will work really hard for you. He wants you to be happy with your purchase and will not just try to make a sale. " And he was absolutely right! There were so many times I wanted to overpay for a place, but Grant would not let me offer more than it was worth. I was so impressed (and who wouldn't be?) that Grant wanted me to get a better deal than I did! He truly had my best interest in mind. As a first time buyer, I had so many questions, concerns, and doubts throughout the process and Grant handled me like a champ the entire time. He was always responsive and in touch with me as often as I wanted. I have come to trust and rely on him completely because he proved himself to be an expert at what he does. When I picked up my keys from Grant, I knew he was as happy for me as anyone could be! He is so likeable and always made me feel that my house-hunting was as important to him as it was to me. I could not recommend him more highly! read more

Grant's the best!! We needed to get into a house fast and he helped us get an offer accepted after only one day of looking. Grant is fantastic, such patience, so thorough. he worked with my husband and I for over 12 months, when most agents would have left us, he has a great network of associates from finance people to contractors. A wealth of knowledge, I have already referred him to a few of my friends who are looking for houses. He is also up on goverment programs ie; first home owners and great loans like the 203K. His hard work gets him 10 out of 10 with us and a nice big bottle of patron. keep it up grant.... read more

Grant made the experience of buying my first home about as palatable as it could be. There were twists and turns, last second reversals, and agonizing waiting involved, but the end result was perfect for me. I started off with the loosest of aims ("Hollywood would be okay, or downtown, or Los Feliz, or Silverlake, or Topanga, or MDR, or Toluca Lake, or Venice, or Culver City, or Mt. Washington, or Santa Monica, or Hancock Park, or Malibu...I guess anywhere would be fine..."), and Grant not only put up with my fickleness, but patiently helped to inform my opinions of these various options until we eventually found something perfect for me (that happened to be in none of the areas we had considered at the start--who knew!). The man possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of the many, varied neighborhoods and flavors of Los Angeles. I found Grant to be extremely smart, affable, and helpful. He always went the extra mile. Most critically of all, though, I found Grant to be a man of integrity. He went out of his way to advocate for me in situations where I am certain a lesser agent would have kept his/her mouth shut so as not to step in front of earning a potential commission. I will heartily recommend his services to friends and family, and look forward to working with him again if and when I'm ready for home number two. read more

My partner and I recently relocated from Western Colorado to the LA area. Having never lived in Southern California, we were painfully unfamiliar with the area and the complexity of the California real estate market. Fortunately, we were connected with Grant through a colleague and he has been the best thing to ever happen to us. He quickly honed in on our wants and desires and refined his property presentations accordingly. His extensive knowledge of the LA area was invaluable with respect to finding the perfect home. It felt like he had known us for years and he made us feel like we were his only client. Additionally the extent of his skill in negotiations and real estate purchasing, specifically in CA, made the purchase of a condo effortless. Lastly, we have and will continue to consider Grant a cherished friend. read more

Grant recently helped me buy my 4th home in the LA area. He by far beats any and all realtors I have worked with. My sale situation was atypical. We had to navigate many money, logistics and home repair issues. Grant actually has his own team of professionals that took care of each and every problem as we went along. He took an interest in my life, got to know me and made sure my house was perfect for me. (In fact, we found one home with issues early on and Grant recommended that it was NOT for me. I just wanted a home NOW, but Grant was right. What kind of realtor, instead of making a sale, makes it his mission to find you the PERFECT house...? A good one!!!!!) I have never encountered someone as moral, dedication and professional as Grant. Thank you, Grant! My home is a dream and has made my life all that much better and more fulfilling. read more
