She handled all appointments with vendors and potential buyers. Janey has a great network of vendors she works with in connection with home sales, including companies that can handle selling or disposing of the contents of a home. She worked hard to look for the right home for me. She carefully listened to my needs and what I was looking for. She stayed within the price range and she narrowed it down for me in the exact locations I was interested in. She was honest and passionate. She does her homework on the details and history of the houses we looked at. She was never pushy with me. We were at the process of bidding and going back and forth with the seller. In the end I decided to withdraw completely as I didn't feel right about proceeding with a counteroffer. It wasn't meant to be for me. And you know what, Jennifer remained professional about it and carried herself graciously and gracefully. I always think back if I ever made a mistake but I have no regrets in backing out. But what stands out most from my experience with house shopping was the class and professionalism that Jennifer had when I withdrew. I hope to do business with her in the future as I would only trust Jennifer when it comes to being my real estate agent!

I am convinced we were able to close on the cusp of a pandemic because of her guidance and swift work. We met Angela at an open house she was hosting and she offered to have us come by her office and walk us through the process of home buying (we were completely clueless). I appreciated that she never gave us the hard sell or pressured us to work with her exclusively- even though we instantly decided to. She patiently answered the six million questions we had and made us feel at ease. She made sure we were well informed and prepared to make the process as easy as possible. She knows her stuff, and she knows great vendors. She connected us to a mortgage broker that was a perfect fit for our financial situation. We've also been happy with all the inspectors and various trades people she has recommended. It has made our lives so much easier. I had no reason to be worried! Angela had every detail ironed out to a T, from the first time we met with her when she had already gleaned key details about newly sold homes I had been interested in. All the way through the home-buying journey, Angela was available via text, email, or simply a phone call to explain important steps and offer her opinion on how we should manage various negotiations. Beyond simply making an offer, a big part of the value she provides is guiding you through the important inspections process. All the contractors she suggested were professional and helpful. Her network and insight about the complex world of LA real estate is extremely beneficial if you're unfamiliar to it. Angela was referred to us by a friend. We feel that we really lucked out with that referral! By way of contrast, I talked to another agent early in our home search, who possessed nowhere near the enthusiastic approach, positive attitude, and can-do spirit that Angela provided. It's clear if you talk to other agents in this area that Angela is a cut above them.
