I have waited so long for Summit Car Wash, now Team Car Wash to open. I took my car and had the WORKS $29.95 (no tax ). I didn't have to wait long in line, they took my car. I noticed when they cleaned my mats, perfect. I also noticed that in front of my car there was another car getting cleaned. I don't know if it belonged to a friend, coworker or family member. All I know is that all of the workers were hanging by that car. I never got to see when they vacuumed my car. I paid for my car and waited for the car to be dried and windexed. I will say that when I got in the car, my mats were spotless. I noticed on the edge, underneath the mats it was dirty. I checked underneath my mats and so dirty, it was never vacuumed. The same dust that I had on my arm rest when I drove in, had it on my way out. My windshield had so many specks, I thought it was damaged. I added windshield fluid and let my wipers do their job. It was this hard stuff that would smear. The staff that dried the car were very nice and there must've been 8 staff members drying my car. I wish there would have been more where they vacuumed or maybe there were, they were just busy with a friend, family member or coworker. All the best to you, you've lost a customer. read more

First time I have used them in a while. Won't be going back for a while. Employees could not have cared less about making sure my car was clean. There was soap all over the car that wasn't wiped off. There was tree pollen (seeds) everywhere that were not removed. Did not even make an effort to clean off the pollen stains. I grabbed a rag and spend 5 minutes doing it myself. They don't do any vacuuming and barely wipe the inside of your car with a dirty rag! The outside still looks dirty. I have been coming here for about 4 years since when it was Summit Car Wash. The old owner was great and my car always looked like new. I wasn't too sure when Summit changed to Team Car Wash but decided to give it a try. At first I was very impressed that the quality of the car wash was just as good, I decided to buy the monthly package. I purchased the Shine and Protect package, after a few washes decided the Works Package was a better deal. The first sign of an issue was when I asked them to make sure that the back seat was vaccuumed well since there was a lot of dog hair on the back of the seat. The first time nothing had been done, so I asked a 2nd time, no change (NO CHANGE like it hadn't even been done at all). Finally by the 3rd time I complained to the manager who did the vaccumming himself while I had to wait 15 minutes. I went there yesterday because my mats were full of mud. When I went to get into the car the back and trunk mats were still muddy. When I asked about it they said my package no longer covered the back and trunk mats but they would do them this time, next time it would be an extra cost. I pay $49.95 a month for unlimited washes and they no longer do my back mats! Really! So I decided to take a look at the car more closely to see how well it was done. You can see by the below pictures not to good. Once my month is up I am cancelling my package and am going to try Madison car wash. I think it is probably worth the extra 10 minute drive. I don't even know if it reserves 1 star. I had gotten my plates on my new car and wanted to get it washed so I went to summit car wash because I was in the area. My new car is white and let's just say the chipping of paint from those machines I can see the little dots in my car and I'm crying . Also my windshield has marks on them like they scratched the glass. That's not ok. The paid for the inside of the car to be cleaned as well and let's say they didn't even do that and still has dirt on tires. They rushed the entire thing and honestly I miss the old owners who took their time on the car. This seems too franchised now. read more

Good car wash with a number of options and price points. They were able to accommodate me for a last minute interior detail, which included a free exterior wash. I don't know how thorough the exterior wash was, as some caked on dirt wasn't removed, but they cleaned the tires and added tire shine. The interior detail turned out beautifully. The interior was spotless and shiny, almost like driving a new car again. They also went above and beyond in gluing back a panel that had started peeling. I'm sure there are better places for all of these services. Mobile detailing services, hand wash and wax places. But many of those places are booked up for a week, and if you need something done quickly, nearby, and for a reasonable price, this car wash is worth a try. read more

Management, management, management. Any business is only as good as it's management and the culture they establish for their team. Prior management was detail oriented and meticulous. New management, not so much. New management is very interested in selling subscriptions and recommending add-ons like a tire shine, but not as interested in the details of the interior and exterior cleaning. The equipment upgrades in Summit are nice but the hard work happens inside the car. Decent job on the exterior but again, some details missing like door jams. I'd give them 4-stars on the exterior, 2-stars on the interior. read more

Have been taking my cars here for 15+ years and always had a good experience. Since it has been remodeled and I guess new ownership, the quality is not the same. I took my car there and got the shine and protect wash which was almost $30 with the oversized vehicle fee even though I Have a small suv. The outside of the car was ok but the tire shine was barely noticeable. The inside was very very poorly done. The vacuuming was not thorough, the dash was still dusty, and the center console I don't think was even wiped. I didn't notice it until I got home and had to wipe down the inside on my own. I went on a Thursday an hour before closing and there were not many cars so there was no need to rush the job. Very disappointed and unhappy that I now have to look for a new car wash. read more

This is no joke the worst car wash I've ever been to. Both the outside and the inside are still dirty. They don't even wipe down the dashboard or anywhere near your radio. Mine is legit still dusty it's actually insane. There is dirt and crumbs all over my floor and seats still. I can't believe what I saw when i got in my car. Do not go here. A bit disappointed. I've been looking forward to the upgraded summit car wash but wasn't very happy. There still a lot of dust in the Center consul as well at places not vacuumed. I could let that out but the smudge on the dashboard is still very visible and wish they would have out a little more attention to it and not so rushed. read more

This car wash used to be amazing. When it reopened with new owners I gave it a shot and I was pleased the first couple of times. Unfortunately the last couple of visits was terrible and the last one was AWFUL. They left most of the vehicle not dried and water spots all over. Inside the car doors weren't touched and when I pointed it out to one of the workers they came over and gave it a quick wipe and just left. My rear mats were just thrown in the back and not put in place. I choose "The Works" on this last visit which cost $30.0. I basically threw away $30 today. read more

I have a great story about the Car Wash in Summit. Some time ago when taking off my gloves, my ring came off and it dropped between the console and the drivers seat. I looked feverishly for it but could not find it. It was my Mother's ring so it was very precious to me. After trying to find it to no avail, I took the car to Hondo to see if they could find it. They were awesome and even took the drivers seat out. They could not find it and thought maybe it had fallen into the belly under the car. During several months after this incident, my car has been washed many times in different car washes. I recently took my car to be washed at the Summit Car Wash. As I waited for them to dry the car, I placed a tip in the box. When I got in my car, there was my ring sitting in the cup holder. Sorry, the good old Summit Car Wash ain't the same. External cleaning was fine. C- on the inside vacuum and seat cleaning. Weatherguard mats were still wet. Lots of sand left in the seats, the door sills and the back deck of my 4Runner. Plus, they increased the prices. There are better places to get your cash washed. read more

There are a few other options duh as exterior wash only or upgraded treatments, but any way you slice it they're good deal. There's a small discount (I think $.50) if you pay cash. Dash wasn't completely cleaned. Carpets were not vacuumed and rear mat was not removed and cleaned. Windshield was also not fully cleaned. Console was not even touched. All of these were done when it was Summit Car Wash for a couple dollars cheaper. Not going back. read more

I am not a write a bad review kind of person, but my experience today was a complete and utter disappointment. After spending $31.93 on "the works" to get in my car and feel like it wasn't even vacuumed or whipped down is totally unacceptable. don't be fooled by their rebranding and "all new equipment," I'm pretty sure it is worse now than it was before. read more

This place needs to step their game up wash plan is $50 doesn't include rear mats and the vacuum job they do is subpar they skim the vacuum over your mats they don't really vacuum it's like they rely more so on the person having rubber mats to cover up the flaws they leave . They can definitely do a Better job vacuuming I've been going here for 3 months now and I've been there when slow/busy and it's just not a good vacuum job my car is kept pretty well so it's not like they have a lot to do , I once mentioned it to a manager I forget his name he tried to tell me car was vacuumed and it in fact was not when he realized it wasn't he stated "I'll give you a Free wash", when in fact I had a wash club membership at that point he was stuck and said well for the value of the wash plan I shouldnt expect perfection cause it appears I'm a perfectionist, smh. As far professional they are all dress in uniform polite and very courteous, the machines do a great job I just wish the interior was done better vacuuming for example obviously. Brought my car in to Summit location. I noticed that my car looked as if they had not vacuumed the inside as well as the back of my SUV. I called and they asked me to bring it back in but I could not do that. The woman on the phone was responsive and nice and said she would text me a coupon for a free car wash. The text was opting into texts about ongoing offers. No free car wash. I would be weary about spending $21 and not getting vacuumed. Liked it when it was Summit car wash. I found this place to be convenient but I'm pretty sure i won't be back ..i paid 24$ which included the deluxe car wash , tire shine , and an air freshener .. i noticed as soon as i opened my back seat that there was some French fries on the floor (this was before the car was vacuumed and washed, i wanted to throw out some water bottles i knew i had back there ) they finished fast which was nice but i would rather they were more thorough , my car radio was still dusty and the French fries were still on the floor -_- read more

I work near here and took my small Mercedes SUV to get a full interior and exterior detail because it was convenient. It was more expensive than all of the other ones in the area but I still paid $270 because I thought they would do a good job. When I picked it up, I noticed several spots and the cleaning was overall very sloppy. The windows had some circle spots on them, the back two windows were not cleaned from the inside, the vents still had quite a bit of dust in them and the outside of the car did not look like it was compounded or waxed at all. When I told the owner and manager that the job was sloppy, their answer was "it looks much better than it did." I am pregnant and did not want to argue with them or stress myself, so I just left. The car looked like a full service car wash was done on it at best. I would go to another place that has better ratings. read more

Showed up yesterday hoping to get a car wash only to firmly get pointed at and told "Not with those tires!" I have a 285/70 R17 tire on my Jeep- factory size for new Rubicon Wrangler or Gladiator. Maybe if I had bought one of their $100k Land Rover Defenders with a larger tire that they sell next door, I would've been allowed to have my vehicle cleaned, but I drive a Jeep. Washed my car here on Saturday as I used to live in the area and still work there. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I have never had interior problems in my life. When I went to drive my car away I noticed my interior paint had started bubbling along side the stick shift. I immediately get out so i did not "drive away". The owner tells me the chemicals is the same he has always used and he brings his worker over asks him about the inside of my car and to no surprise he said, IT WAS LIKE THAT. I would never in a million years slander a company for something that was not there fault. I am telling you, my car was not like that. Whether it was the chemicals they used to wipe my car down, or the fact that he may not have rolled my windows up completely and some hot water, may have gotten in. Bottom line, is the guy basically told me to take a hike. That's cool, but I will never go back and I will make sure nobody in the hospital ever goes to him as well. read more

Who reads reviews for a car wash? You are for some reason. I came to see if anyone else thought this place sucked. I feel like the only people that are writing reviews for this place are the customers that are complaining and the owner's fake praise. I came to complain. Mary Ann M signed up to Yelp to just write a 5 star review for Summit Car Wash? Really? I work in the area so in "emergencies" like a date after work or if I have to valet my car somewhere. So I have to use this car wash just out of convenience. It is a bit over priced compared to my regular car wash but I guess that's a given in the Summit area. My car is technically clean when i leave here but it definitely isn't the best car wash I've been to. The last two times (I probably have been here 4 times) they forgot to put my tire shine on. In conclusion over priced and not that good. I'd avoid this place if possible. I should give 1 star just to off set Mary's fake 5 star review but I won't. I paid $17 for a car wash and the outside is clean but the inside isn't clean at all. It's definitely cleaner than when I arrived, but it looks like there was 0 effort and the work is very lazy.
