Oscar has abandoned our garden project and taken away his tools after nearly a year. After a recent…read morefour month delay, he made an unscheduled and unjustifiable demand for an extra £11,000 and refused to continue work unless he received it. We had already given him £50,247.60. Using Oscar's quote, we estimate that he's so far only delivered £12,932.40 worth of value. He has not contested our detailed written estimate. Also, Oscar promised in writing that he would buy and deliver our materials on site in return for the money we gave him, the majority (by value) of which he has not done. We are an estimated £37,315.20 out-of-pocket for labour and materials that were not delivered and our garden is unusable. In the interests of fairness, I shared a draft of this review with Oscar. It was met with threats. This behaviour is in keeping with an existing criminal record, which you can discover for yourself with a simple Google query: "OSCAR FAIRFAX-SLADDEN". We have passed on the threats to the Police and intend to pursue Oscar through the courts for our losses.

I prefer this place because you can actually see the process of them being made within the little shop in real time. You can both see and hear the staff busy at work, creating garden objects. Furthermore, You can actually see how fresh and clean-made everything is. Especially the bird baths, which are creatively developed to suit your own decisions/preferences. The birds sitting on the edge of some of the baths look surprisingly realistic when they're painted, and you can see that there's a lot of hard work gone into developing the ornaments sold here.
