It took 5 calls over 2 weeks before NEO finally accepted liability and sent out a repair team. Less than 3 months later a second locking system has failed in the open position. I cannot close the window securely rendering my home contents insurance null and void. Have called NEO 3 times but each time the become more rude and abrasive suggesting it's not their problem! They have refused to acknowledge my e-mails until I chase them up with more phone calls; they have refused to commit to a repair timescale - actually saying 'I'm not going to commit to a timescale as you will hold me to it' Yes - seriously!!! When I asked for a part number to order a part in myself - they had no idea as they clearly have ignored the detailed information and photographs I have given them. 'If we have to order a part in we will' - so clearly they haven't even checked. Appalling after-sales service; noting that I had 2 neighbours use them on my recommendation and they haven't so much as acknowledged that and clearly are only interested in new business. Do not give them a penny. Appalling.

It's pretty rare that I come across a furniture store that specialises in furniture for the elderly so Dennets made a nice change. Nothing cost more than £200.00 which I thought was very decently priced and is probably more of a relief to their usual customer. Even though the styles didn't appeal to me in anyway their chairs and sofas are so comfy it was a struggle to get up! I'd recommend Dennetts for elderly and for people who just want some comfortable furniture (no matter what the look.)

Outside of this company's premises is amble parking which does not have any signs requesting that you do not park here. Seeing this, my father put his car in this parking spot- he was only going to be THREE minutes paying for his MOT at the garage opposite. During this time, employees of this company aggressively told him that it was private property. My dad replied that there were no signs to say this, and that he would only be a minute or so paying. When he returned, a woman from Bonomini had blocked in his car and refused to move it. My dad was trapped in this spot unable to move for over two hours. Eventually he had to call the police, wasting valuable resources, to get them move their car. How petty can they be? Due to my father's diabetes, he could have been made seriously ill because of their spiteful childishness. When the police arrived, they made them move the car and told them they were breaking the law and committing anti-social behaviour. I would encourage people thinking about buying from here to ask themselves if they want to give their hard earned money to such awful people. My poor father found the whole incident very distressing.
