They never finished the work, installed things incorrectly, and communication was terrible -- weeks would go by before they'd get back to us, we would call them mult times throughout the week and would set up multiple different appointments but they showed up whenever they felt like it without notice, disregarding all our appt times. They removed our old gate and just left it on the property, leaving existing holes in the wall unpatched. The keypad they installed never worked properly (the number zero didn't work and we got locked out of our own gate and at that we point couldn't even use the lock and left the gate opened and unable to close or lock the gate for a week and a half) and instead of fixing it, they tried to charge us an additional $750 to replace it with some lock that was worse than before. When we told them we couldn't open the gate bc there was no doorknob, they came unannounced (after multiple diff phone calls) and installed some handle that was only accessible on the outside and not from the inside, so we couldn't even open the door from the inside unless we used our fingers to pry open the door from the hinge. We waited several weeks for them to come back to fix all these problems, and when they finally showed up they did not show up during any of the appt times and instead showed up random times of the week. Although the fence may look pretty from the outside, it was completely dysfunctional and just for show; and mustang fence was nonresponsive for any of the problems and just showed up randomly thru this whole process They are unprofessional, unreliable, and full of excuses. They do work on their own terms with no regard for the customer. Save yourself the stress and money -- do not hire Mustang Fence. One of the worst Angie's list experiences of my entire life

DAMPCO undertook extensive work at my property on the recommendation of my builder. At first the…read morepipe taking water away from the property was sited so that it gushed out gallons of water several times an hour onto the pavement. It is a very busy street and I was legally liable for damage to persons or their property, eg. a woman passing by with a pram on her way to the school opposite the house. The builder finally got the owner of the company to come and view after missed appointments. He said the pipe should be re-routed and that was done. I paid the bill - around the £6,000 mark - immediately after completion of the job. However it then took 6 months for me to get a proper guarantee for the work. The reason this was important was that I had been told that the water pump needed servicing every 6 months and I wanted to ensure that I maintained the conditions of the guarantee. The builder thought that this was rather frequent so I made many phone calls and sent recorded delivery letter to ask about the need to service and the cost from DAMPCO. No reply ever. The company has refused to answer questions and has clearly not shown interest or consideration of customers or aftercare of their products. This is a company which, once it has your cash, you may as well forget about. Damp proofing is a long term and expensive piece of work to undertake so do not take any risks.

Having looked a several bi folding door companys online,we came across this company and had a look…read morearound there website and they looked very professional and we liked the look of there product.Me and my hubby are always cautious buying online as we have had problems before,so we wanted to tread very carefully.Having obtained a quote online which we found very competative compared to a lot of other companys out there,we decided we would give them a call for more information.I have to say the person we spoke to was very helpfull indeed as me or my husband was not at all familiar with bi folding doors,we also got invited over to go and take a look at the product so we could see the doors and different options.We took them up on this and went over to view there doors along with another company as we wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone while we were in the area.Upon arrival we met the director who was more than happy to explain everything to us and run us through there doors,having operated the doors and had a feel of the operation and quality we could see the difference in build quality compared to the previous company we had just visited.Straight away we placed an order for a 4 section set of doors and said we would get the doors in 2 weeks as we had plasterers booked in for our extention a few days later,so time and date was very important to us.Once there survey guy had came out he run through the order with us he also arranged the date for installation.Getting very excited(well me not so much my hubby!)it was the day the doors were going to be installed,i have to say the installers where late not there fault however and they gave me a call to say they where which i thought was very good of them.The installers were excellent,very efficient and obviously new what they were doing as from start to finish took them 2 hours,once they had finished they ran throught the operation of the doors with us and made sure i was happy and i was indeed.These doors have transformed the way our house looks and we havnt had one issue with the doors.Overal the experience we have had with windoorcareuk from start to finish has been great and i would reccomend them to anyone looking to purchase bi folding doors. carol and david

Jump ahead to right now, I finally managed to get my own affairs in order so that Sofafix could do what they do best and fix my sofa! From the very start, Steve was punctual and precise in his dealings with me. My sofas were taken in a state that could be best described as "ready for the tip". Steve and his colleague Jane moved everything for me and even helped with advice on what would work best when giving our sofas a new lease of life. Our entire suite (which seats up to 10 people) was recovered and rejuvenated in no time at all. The quality of Steve and Jane's work is simply the best. Our suite was returned to us looking as good as new. When I considered what they looked like before going to Steve, the finished result was nothing short of a miracle. It isn't just ourselves who have been impressed with Sofafix, we have had visitors who have complimented on our "new" sofas such is the quality of the work which has been done. I am very, very pleased with Sofafix, Steve and Jane. Together, they changed our sofa suite from an embarrassment into something we can once again be proud of. I would strongly recommend Sofafix for any as well as all of your upholstery needs.
