Just wanted to say thank you for the replacement slats I ordered. They were so easy to fit and a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole blind. I only replaced the slats on a patio door initially to see what the quality was like but I will have no hesitation now in replacing the slats in all of our other windows. My replacement slats came quickly, with chainless weights and hooks. A great price and quick delivery, the quality is great. They are pvc so wipe clean, hopefully the cats cannot ruin these or break any chains! I am very pleased, the samples came quickly and good customer service when I rang. Many thanks Abbey. read more

Even though I had to email a change to the measurements of my replacement vertical blind slats, this minor glitch was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The slats when they arrived were very well packaged and easy to sort out ( i bought enough to re-do a large conservatory.) Booked for a quote. No one showed up. I called twice only to be told 1st time rep running 20 minutes late. After 2 hours still no show. when I called again was told don't know why rep not showed up. Apparently put in wrong postcode and went to different area even though had full address and telephone number to contact me. Won't bother using again. If this is their service and incompetence in the 1st instance what would the rest of their service be like? read more

Although I've used these many times and am happy with the blinds themselves, these really are let down by poor couldn't care less service after they take the money. Poor communications, no call backs when they promise to call back, being told your blinds will be ready, you Chase them, then they say we've ran out of material we will call you maybe I shouldn't have paid up front, I don't know, all I know is I will be looking elsewhere in future just to see if other suppliers are the same, the prices have risen too so. they have nice blinds but all in all fed up of having to deal with them which is a shame, also getting it in the neck off family members saying I shouldn't have paid up front. Good product, good range, prompt delivery. The pattern of blinds I ordered was out of stock and discontinued and I received an email advising me of this the day after I ordered. I chose a replacement pattern and the blinds were delivered in a couple of days. I will be using Abbey again as I will be replacing others in my house and I have no problem recommending them to my friends and family read more
