Then starts ringing up my items - 4 large bath towels and 6 wash cloths - I hand her a big carrier bag to put them in. I wanted to see the prices to make sure that they were discounted properly. What am I thinking? - that I am a customer maybe?? But only the sullen woman can see the prices and so I must insist that she turns her screen around so that I can check. I pay, then I hear "You OK?" To the next in line and leaves me to wrestle with cramming the towels in the bag whilst putting my credit card and wallet away. Customer service? A big fat ZERO

The store reflects that and feels cosy. We walked out with good advice on the type of blinds that we need, samples (lots!) of fabric to help choose the colors and an appointment for the owner to visit 3 days later to further advise and measure up.
