Craig works with a brilliant team of fitters and trades persons who did not disappoint either, even with the small issue of an unexpected concrete floor in our bathroom! With any project like this, there are always scheduling issues, but these were mutually agreed with little fuss, and whilst work was delayed due to the pandemic, we were constantly assured of being first on the list when work was able to resume. The last time I went in I needed some clear grout for the kitchen. Had absolutely no idea where to find it, what it was or how to use it. When I turned up in the shop I also had my son in the pushchair. The guys behind the counter patienty explained what I would need, went to get it for me as I couldn't manoeuvre the pushchair round the narrow shelves and then showed me how to use it. Thy even fitted the grout ino the gun thingy for me. Now, that is hat I call service. The price is good, the service great and it's a bit like a DIY grotto, what more could you possibly want from a local shop.

Floor it mainly sell wooden flooring so more carpet and rugs wouldn't hurt. You can get good value for money here as one box starts from five pounds. To be honest it felt like that was the only thing that makes this place worth going to. Now I'm not one to stereotype but woman aren't usually the best at DIY, in fact I'm clueless and not once were any of the men helpful! Instead I just got a casual greeting. So I have no idea how much the windows cost or how helpful they were during any process that isn't just the fitting and measuring. Initial communication between us and Window Warehouse was slow; which is actually not their fault. I were sent a letter addressed to the flat not to me personally so I assumed it was junk mail and didn't read it. Two months later, I got a phone from our landlord asking me to call Window Warehouse. We arranged a time for them to come out and do the measurements and they were in and out fairly quick, this would have been around the end of September. They told us that the were aiming to get the windows replaced in about a month. The end of October rolls around and we get a call to arrange an appointment to fit them. Two men came at 8am and were done by 2pm leaving behind nice new windows. Jord and Paul who fitted the windows were friendly and helpful, talking us through what they were doing. The weather was awful and at one point it was raining in my living room but they kindly put down plastic sheeting to protect my carpet. Overall a good experience with Window Warehouse and I love my new windows!
