We even met him couple of times before just to make sure our kids adjusted well with the puppy. Recommend Valencia poodles for new dog owners.

We contacted Connie about a Maltipoo puppy and placed a $500 deposit. From that point on, communication was consistently frustrating. A scheduled visit was changed at the last minute, and when we arrived at the newly agreed-upon time, Connie wasn't there. Getting answers to basic questions or updates was difficult, and we received very few photos or details. We continued because we had met the puppy and our daughters were incredibly excited. The night before the puppy was supposed to come home, everything seemed fine. The next morning, Connie called to say the puppy was suddenly sick and lethargic and was going to the vet. Updates throughout the day were sparse and confusing. The following morning, she told us the puppy was too sick for us to adopt and that we also couldn't adopt any of her littermates. Our options were to wait for another litter or receive our deposit back. We chose the refund, which Connie returned promptly. Our daughters were devastated after waiting more than a month, meeting the puppy, naming her, and expecting her to come home. Thankfully, we later found another breeder and adopted a wonderful Maltipoo. The difference in communication, transparency, and the overall experience was night and day.
