When it was my turn the girl helping me was excellent and knew her stuff. I wanted to try the seasonal "Mom's Apple Pie" so I thought I would get a cup to go. She made the suggestion to try it as a latte. Excellent suggestion. I really enjoyed my beverage, though the apple pie flavour isn't something I would want to have in my regular supply. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a Vietnamese coffee shop out here in Calgary. We ordered two drinks to go - iced morning coffee and coconut coffee. The difference between the morning and afternoon coffee is the coffee roast that is used to make the drink. It is an iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. I have not seen this option of stronger coffee in Vancouver, but I think it is great that they have the option. I took a sip and it tasted exactly what I expected with a bold coffee kick and sweet condensed milk. I also enjoyed the coconut coffee. It was sweet and slushy with a good coconut flavour. This was way better than the Timmy's ice cap I had a few days earlier. Service was fast. We did not get to enjoy the ambiance as we had a list of activities we were trying to do for the day. Definitely, this place is worth a revisit when we are back in town again.
