    One of many beer flights

Take a trip outside of the usual tourist haunts, as the personal experience of discovering this brewery is well worth the detour. Finally a brewery that doesn't take itself too seriously! There is a sense of humor found in everything, from the decor, to the beers names, to the wifi handle. You can admire the giant disco gnome (where does one purchase this?) as you sample the beers. The beers are fantastic by the way, which made it hard to choose a favorite to recommend. Flights are cheap, so the solution is to try everything available!

This definitely is the place. Located away from the downtown area is a cute garage filled with funky, artsy decor. Think flower pots, water guns, neon picture frames and an huge sword fish! Came with my cousins to grab a drink and play board games. When we first came in, the place was packed! Such a great collection of games and you can even bring you're own food! Beers are super cheap and AMAZING. $5 for an 18oz and $6 for 4 5oz flight. The IPA, Lighthouse Pale Ale and the lager were my favorites. I love a good light but juicy IPA. The birthday cake one tasted like sugary cereal! Overall I highly recommend this brewery and will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Nice and easygoing place to grab a beer and hang out. We had the Trop Dog, which was pretty unique and smokey. Fun outdoor seating with eclectic furniture and synthetic grass. Dog friendly. Free WiFi was also a plus.

What can I say?! They have literally thought of everything. Terrific space. Love it here. Hopefully as we slide into fall there will be some mingling amongst the peeps and fun convos!

You ever just go to a place and you're like "this, THIS is my favourite place" and then you have a shitty experience at some other bar and all your friends get mad because you're like "let's just go to Cold Garden"? Because that's me. Also, do you like Talking Heads references? Giant gnome disco balls, IV polls and otherwise non-Joanna Gaines approves decor? Because this is for you. This brewery has the best deal in town- $5 pints of GOOD beer, donate some money to charity and get a bowl of snacks and also a whole 'order from a delivery app because we're cool with it' shtick. You can byoDOG or baby...or both (but that's a highly ambitious amount of juggling responsibilities). Overall, a solid night out. Or day drinking, you do you.

The doggos make this place even greater than it already is. They also have snacks and board games, so you really never have to leave. Craft Beer + Dogs = heaven

What a cool divey/hole in the wall brewery pub. It's located in a quiet corner road off of 9 Ave SE and it was hopping on a Thursday night. It's a shop bay with a little make shift patio in the drive. The line up was out the door. What I thought was cool was it had this bright sign in the back "This must be the place" where all the stainless brew pots were and all these Costco patio lights strung along the entire ceiling. There were miss matched old couches that they probably found in a back alley somewhere and some picnic benches. It was like they were some underground pop up pub. Loved it. The beer list was quite decent and had a lot of very unique options with cool Canadian names like Red Smashed in Buffalo Head. The best part is the prices. $3.50 for a 12oz. $5 for 18 and they go up to 64oz growlers. There is no food served and they even allow dogs to come in. But if you want food they have no problem if you bring your own or order delivery. Lots of people had pizzas being delivered. Kinda hilarious. Just a down to earth fun place to go for drinks. And there's plenty of bike parking. Will definitely be coming here again and again.

Anywhere I can bring my 4-legged best bud is usually in my good graces! Throw in the fact that you can bring in your own food, hang out with friends and drink some locally crafted brews then you know you're in a super cool place aka Cold Garden! They had about 9 beers on tap, and at $5 a pint you're not having to dig deep into your pockets to try a bunch either! I enjoy sweet or citrusy beers so Cakeface (a vanilla bean based lager) was one I was excited to try. If you've ever wondered what it's like to have dessert in a delish boozy form, this is it! It does get busy and seating is limited. They could improve the set up of their benches and flow of the bar so people aren't climbing over each other to get up or clustered in weird places (hello random group of guys hovering awkwardly by the women's washroom) So grab your dog, some eats and head to Cold Garden already! What are you waiting for?

My new favourite local brewery (shhh, don't tell the others)! I've heard that the brewery is having their soft launch this Friday, but they've been open for a few weeks now. If you have trouble finding it you're not alone - look for the teal roof on the building at the end of the street heading away from Inglewood and you can't go wrong. We headed here on a Friday evening and there were NINE beers on tap. You can get a flight of 4 x 5oz beers for $6 and then once you know what you like, get a 12oz 'pantleg' (get it?!) for $3.50 or a 18oz pint for $5. Which is probably the best deal in town. Plus once you've picked your favourite(s) then growlers are only $6 (32oz, refill) or $12 (64oz, refill). More importantly, the staff here are super lovely and excited about their beer. Plans for food are in the works but for now there's just some packets of chips for $1 so eat before you go so you won't have to leave!

Wow! We're from Colorado so forgive my beer snobishness, but these guys were great! Exceptional service, funny down to earth staff and great beer. 18 beers on tap and we tried about 8 of them, all delightful. Good vibes, great taproom, hilarious bathroom wall literature. 5 out of 5, would come back, would recommend.

Nice place but very lively, so be prepared for noise. I think there may have been a special event going on because it was very crowded and they had a silent auction on the side. Anyway, the beer was great. I don't know what the food tastes like, but it looked like a few people were enjoying pizzas. I like that this place has board & card games to play as you sip on beer & socialize. It has a cool industrial interior with funky decor as well. It's worth your time to stop by.

Great atmosphere & fantastic selections on draft. Our favorite was the vanilla cappuccino porter.
