It's located in a small shop on the corner with some paid street parking nearby. The are doing everything to-go and have packing to help with larger orders. For my purchase, I ended up getting the Taro and Brown Sugar Milk Tea with both at 50% sweetness and the classic tapioca pearls. It was still pretty sweet to my liking so I'd probably go for 25% the next time around. I can't imagine how sugary it would be at normal, but they definitely do not skimp there. I found that the boba here to be creamier compared to other bobas I have had in the past. It's almost as if there is a bit of heavy cream added which makes it a lot richer too. The sandwiches were so good with the pho, great flavor combination. The pho was packed with flavor and the beef stew had just the right amount of spice. It's the perfect comfort food for a chilly day or when you're feeling under the weather. The soup wasn't too warm by the time we got home, but we simply heated it up on the stove and it was amazing. The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. The staff was very friendly upon pickup and had everything packed up perfectly so nothing spilled.
