Only to be disappointed on 2-27-26. I arrived at 4:30 waited upstairs for 15 minutes with numerous staff just passing me like I was an unwanted guest. I then waited at the front entry for another 10 minutes - thinking they might not be seating guest until 5. I was wrong - they sat others and served them - still many staff passed without a word to me - not a peep. I then went to the outer seating area and waited until 5:30 ( with others people being seated and served but not one word to me not one word, no how can we help, serve you, are you waiting for anyone, nothing. I don't get it a note saying the meal was wonderful and leaving a 50% tip got me castigated. I spoke my displeasure to two of those service personnel who avoided me earlier telling them my displeasure. They could give a s**t! I would say the first time was a 6 this time was a negative 7. I can't say service was dismal because there was no service at all. As a professional chef (retired) I have never in all my world wide travels had such disrespect. Craft 1945 should be renamed C**p 1945 - or is craft witchcraft ? Either way they have cursed themselves. Maybe they can rectify their path and turn around - Chef Blu.
