If you're taking a road to Baguio from Manila I highly recommend stopping by at Matutinas for lunch for some fantastic fresh seafood and delicious Filipino dishes. Matutinas is located of the express way 1 on MacArthur highway. Literally on the side of the road. We arrived around 11am with a party of 13 and was was packed with locals luckily seated within 10 minutes.
PARKING: Very limited spaces in front and if you luckily enough on the side of the highway.
SERVICE: Wasn't bad, considering we had a big party.
FOOD: Combo 1 at 2950 pesos
1) 3 Bangus Ihaw. I love grilled Bangus and there were fresh and amazing. Watch out for bones, because there fish has a lot of it.
