I can upload and download at fast speeds. Their installation crew had to work on a very difficult installation for me and did so professionally and even left it clean and organized when they left. Their customer service has been excellent. At the end of my cycle I'd check the website which showed I used around 400 gigs. But when I got my bill it was over $150! According to tier 1 tech support the website was messed up and they couldn't get it to sinc up with my cycle. My only options were to deal with it and pay the high bills or upgrade my service to 1000 gigs for $80 a month. So I upgraded. Now I have issues with my service for the last 2 months. Keep getting pushed around in ridiculous circles from tier 1 and 2 tech support. My service goes out when tier 2 hours are closed. Now tier 1 tells me it will be $120 an hour to send out 2 tech to resolve the issue. That's bull@#$%. I will be contacting the better business Bureau. Less than 1 star.
