He provided an initial quote very quickly and was responsive to any questions or requests via email and text. We ordered the wrong shower drain part which we realized two days before shower drain installation. I wasn't going to get the new drain shipped in time from the brand I really wanted, so Nik drove to 3 Ferguson home stores to find the part we wanted. I would never have expected that, but he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He was also very detail oriented and when we brought up a couple minor things that needed to be fixed, he quickly responded and had his team adjust. He also stopped by the house every single day of the project to check on things. Overall, we are extremely happy with the quality of work and process of working together. Highly recommend!

Jeff and Chase came right out and were on-time, quick, efficient, and so pleasant to deal with. Chase is an absolute artist when it comes to blending in the drywall seams to the surrounding area. They charged a fair price for high quality work. We are so happy we found a trustworthy, reliable, and high quality general contractor. We will be using them for all of our future projects. The water was seeping/bubbling up through the concrete floor. Unfortunately,I spent a total of 20K on two other contractors before hiring Alpha. The work done by the first two contractors failed completely. When Damien from Alpha Structural initially came over, I knew I was in good hands right away. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. I would say the same about Brian and Nadir, who were the leads on my job. Brian especially, went above and beyond. Anytime I reached out to him he responded immediately, and was on site whenever I needed him. My garage was a nightmare scenario. I contacted just about every contractor who works on this kind of thing, from LA to San Diego. Not one of them could figure it out. Not one. This went on for 2 years. Alpha Structural took on a very tough job, and did what no other company could. They completely solved my garage flooding problem with a very strategic and comprehensive plan. Do yourself a favor and use this company! Don't waste time with others. Alpha Structural won't let you down.

We were extremely happy with AR Flooring from start to finish! We had to move from real hardwoods…read moreto engineered and had a hard time finding something we liked. We described what we were looking for and they ordered additional samples until we found what we were looking for. We had to replace 1500 square feet (our entire main level) and they did demo in one day and install in the 2nd day. We spent over three months researching engineered hardwood floors, and talked to and received…read morequotes from 4 local businesses before we found AR Floors. The difference between Andres's quote with any of the other offers stood out like night and day. First and most importantly, Andres came out and spent over two hours looking at the work to be done, talking with us, and explaining all the possible issues that could come up. He was completely transparent, eager to answer every question we had with clarity and sincerity. Other contractors came out and did a rush job of measuring, threw out some figures and some with more extensive quotes than others, and there was always the possibility of a change order that could substantially increase the price. None of them clearly explained what needed to be done or what might be needed to be done, and none of them used their own staff-everything was hired out to one of their install teams. What made Andres's offer stand out way over any other was that he clearly explained everything that had to be done, or might have to be done, since doing wood flooring can open a number of issues that can crop up along the way. His quote, while slightly above our other offers, was the only all inclusive quote that would not include any change orders-every possible issue was included and he was willing to stick to his quote even if the job had issues along the way. This was especially true for our stairs. Andres also has his own crew and he is on site at the job, not spread thin doing multiple jobs at once. This means he will finish your job on time, and not stretch it out due to another job somewhere else. We were so comfortable with Andres after two visits, we decided to allow him to do the work while we were out of town. If any issues came up, he said he'd call or Facetime or send photos to discuss and explain. We were gone a week and one minor issue came up with the stair installation, which we resolved easily by phone and text. The crew left our home immaculate and clean, as if nobody had been there. They even moved a piano for us without any extra charge. Our neighbors remarked how immaculate and clean they were and covered all our furniture to prevent any work dust from covering things. The work and craftsmanship show in every way, and it's obvious Andres takes great pride in his work. We are extremely pleased with our flooring, and will be eager to hire Andres for other remodel projects.

First there is Fred, Neema and family at the showroom who together made the whole experience worry free. Their knowledge and expertise in the products was obvious. Once narrowing our options down, Neema and Fred both stopped by as scheduled to measure the space and provide recommendations while also dropping off samples to visualize. Both stated multiple times, there is no rush, take your time. Once we locked down Fred stated the material should be ready for install in 2 weeks and beat the date. Once the material was ready, next up was installation. Neema called to ensure our questions on install were answered and like clockwork, Manuel and the team showed up ahead of time and installed our flooring with precision. What amazed us was that throughout the process, Manuel checked in multiple times to make sure we were up to date on the work. Install was unbelievably professional and the post install cleanup was impressive. No dirt or anything left behind. Only a phenomenal floor that only made us question why we waited so long. Multiple times at the end of install and the next day, both Manuel and Neema stated that if we had any questions to just call. So how good are these guys? This team is awesome as every step throughout the process was calm and easy. Next time the only choice is "1st Choice Flooring Kitchen and Bath". Thank you all for a fantastic job and amazing floor.

Two and a half years ago, my family of four moved into my childhood home to be closer with my parents and help when & where we could. They couldn't easily navigate stairs anymore and really only 'used' a smaller portion of their home. Our property is large enough to build an attached ADU, but it was a VERY complicated project. We interviewed about 23 contractors, of which, only about 15 said they could do the job. Only 8 ever gave us a bid, only 3 were in a reasonable price range... and Elite Living won the bid. We knew this would be a long road and were very transparent from the beginning about what was most important to us: communication, expertise, and a partner in this. We lived in the house during construction, but even before we could break ground, Elite was right alongside us (even while the city took 219 days to approve our plans...and yes, we know the cut off). Ashley was with us the entire time...from being at the city pulling permits to the final sign off and Avi was always available to help, check in, and celebrate passed inspections There were moments when it felt like the walls were closing in...like in Indiana Jones... because the attached ADU impacted the 'main house' kitchen (which they remodeled, too). We had a battle cry as a family ("For The Duration!!" We'd yell) and the Elite team with Abraham and crew were part of our family. They were on property from sun up to sun down... sometimes 6 days a week. They worked on holidays and then we'd cook a meal and all eat together. Abraham's team are some of the hardest workers we've ever seen and they were so kind! Always smiling, respectful, happy, singing, and great at problem-solving. They were building our dream homes so that we could be together as a family! They even signed their names on the studs and wrote blessings for us before drywall went up. Were there issues? Sure~ it's construction!! Would we have wanted anyone else on the job? Absolutely not. Elite Living created what we only dreamed of. They were our partners and we are so blessed that they also chose us to work for. Elite Living Construction is unique. We've done remodeling before. We know 'contractors'. Avi and his team are special. They have high standards and can achieve big dreams. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Avi, Ashley, Abraham and team!! We love our homes. Ps. I completely understand the difficulty and anxiety involved with choosing a contractor. Happy to share more about our experience, if needed.
