They kept me updated throughout the process, provided photos of what they found, and clearly explained the repairs. My car now runs much smoother and quieter, and I'm extremely happy with the results. What impressed me most was their honesty. Even though the repair required a lot of work, they honored the original price they quoted me and my final total was lower than expected. It's difficult to find a mechanic who is skilled, transparent, and fair with pricing, but this shop truly delivered. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future repairs. Very disappointing experience. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for my brakes, and…read morethey confirmed it over the phone and again by text. I took time out of my day to bring my car in, only to be told they were too busy and couldn't work on it until next week. Poor communication and a frustrating experience. I won't be coming back.

So, I found this place on yelp after my car battery died (this is the first car issue I've ever had). Mind you, the only thing I know about cars is how to put gas, lol. But I googled a hybrid certified mechanic and this one sounded promising. I drove up without calling. I pulled up to the garage because I don't know anything about mechanics or where to leave my car or who to talk to, and right away was asked what was going on. The man (I didn't catch any names, but I wish I had) immediately helped me out even though he was working on a few other cars. He was very understanding, comforting and even offered his mom to give me a lift when I said I'd be back to pick up my car. He also offered water and juice. SO friendly and considerate! The lady at the counter was also soooo nice and even walked me out to my car. This place is my new go-to spot for car troubles. I never felt intimidated or conned. They check your car with the little machine that says exactly what issues it's having and take care of it. The bottom lines are: THIS PLACE IS SO WORTH THE TIME. Check it out even if they don't answer their phone. They are honest and extremely accommodating.

BEWARE: DISHONEST; WILL DESTROY YOUR WIRING TO TEMPORARILY "FIX" YOUR AC…read more I came in April 2023 looking for a trustworthy shop to fix my AC. It would go out intermittently and not blow cold air. The owner told me that it was a "simple relay issue" and presented my car back to me with it blowing ice cold air. He told me to keep the AC always on for the first couple of weeks just to help the airflow. Since that time, I continued to have issues where the AC would still go out and stop working. I also inherited more issues: cold vapor of air flowing through the vents even when AC is not turned on. White flakes sometimes came through, as if it was snowing in my car. Unfortunately, I did not have money to keep taking it back to get fixed, so I deal with it. Fast forward to 2026, I take my car to Seiko's auto shop in Monrovia to finally address the AC issue before another summer season hits. To my surprise, they let me know that the previous shop I took my car to (SWIFTGIRL AC AUTO) has completely jerryrigged the wiring. They had my AC compressor set to always be turned on even when it's not actually on (now the owner's "airflow" instruction makes sense!... load of BS!!) The temperature of the AC was reading as 15 degrees when normally should be at 40 degrees. This explains the cold vapor of air and snowflakes. It was so cold that it made an ice block in my car and prevented airflow from coming through. I had to pay thousands to get this problem diagnosed, re-do ALL the wiring that Swiftgirl messed up, and then pay more to finally get to the bottom of the original cause of the AC problem. DO NOT trust this shop!!!! If you don't know much about cars, they will not be the ones to do honest work! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. They will purposely mess up your car and give you a temporary fix to make it seem like it's working just to take your money. Shame on this business and everyone associated with it. Anyone who has recently gotten their AC fixed by Swiftgirl, I HIGHLY recommend to take it somewhere else and double check your wiring before you end up with a bigger problem like I did.
