    Lady was very nice after she scolded me for pressing the bell to ring an employee at the drive thru…read morewindow after no one came nor popped their head over to acknowledge the bell even worked or that they knew I was there. I suggest someone poke their head over to let the drive thru clients know they aren't just sitting there. If they are that busy inside, have another teller or a manager assist with the notification or a wave to the drive thru.

I have encouraged family and friends to switch to Chase. Also, I often times, advise brother Veterans at VFW and American Legion chapters of your free services. Though I have nothing but good to say of the service I've received from all personnel at your Manasquan branch, I note two individuals inparticular ; Brian (desk personnel, I don't know his title). Always friendly, very informative. I can't tell you how many times I've approached Brian with a friend in tow and when leaving they said to me, "Think I'll switch to Chase". Dawn, a teller. Simply put,"Outstanding, etc. Having a bad day, her cheerfulness leaves you feeling better. She also handles line traffic well with out you feeling rushed. I've been a sales man/ manager most of my life and early on adopted the philosphy that when you treat people well, they're repeat customers and you'll get referrals.
