I have been a Chase Bank customer for several years. Most locations the employees are friendly and warm, but this location is full of rude individuals who clearly do not understand customer service.
I have never written anyone a bad review, until today. Enough is enough.
I have been treated rudely by tellers, busimess managers and staff. Last week we went to open a business account and for 20 minutes we sat in the lobby without anyone even greeting us. Finally we left and I called to speak to a manager as long time customers we have been growing frustrated. She told me she was sorry but that we would have needed an appointment anyway. So today, she called asking to set up an appointment. We walk in and our person is on the phone. When he hangs up, he walks out and barely looked at us spoke in a low tone with no affect at all. When we get in his office, we tell him we need to open a business account.
He looked at our documents and said we have waisted our time and that he can not help us because even though we have everything, it is not the official certificate even though the documents are certified.
I let my husband stay to hear the man out. My husband asked for a check from out savings for 37k for the business we are buying. The man wrote the account information wrong then walked away from my husband and walked into the office next to him where the woman I had spoken to was sitting. He said, "they do not have what they need." She replied saying, she tild me she had everything or I would have told her not to bother with an appointment." He said, "this was a waste of my time" and walked out of her office.
