Chase bank is excellent. I have many accounts with them; however, I have a big issue with "after…read morehours" at this branch. After 6 PM, you get many cars, trucks, and motorcycles, especially on weekends. The interaction while at the ATM, can range from, you have to watch your back. At times, I know some that were mask shaming, catcalling, and fat-shaming, directly or indirectly. Sometimes they're just hanging out. As you can see, in the photos, it ranges from the ATM area to the back of that lot and onto the Dunkin side. On 8/16, there were about ten cars. I previously altered the Hackensack Police (they didn't even show up for over an hour as I got tired of waiting to see if they'd show up to address the issue). The branch is aware of "activity"; however, the "activity" is still occurring. I discussed the issue and suggested that the Lodi Police examine the area around 6 - 9 PM yet, they don't seem to care either. The bottom line, if you need to make a deposit/withdrawal after 6 PM, find a different location. It is sad that after everyone was notified, nothing is being done to address the situation. You can see in the photos, people eating in front of the bank doors. Earlier in the week, I could smell pot smoking, as I made my deposit. Last weekend, guys on motorcycles in front of the branch laid on relaxing like if on a sofa. It's all ridiculous. Customers shouldn't be experiencing a situation like this when depositing/withdrawing funds. If anyone wants me to take down the photos, DO SOMETHING TO FIX THE ISSUE and post that it's been FIXED and I'll remove the post and pictures! Shame on the Lodi PD and others for not addressing the issue!

This Chase inaparticular, has a drive thru and is about a half mile from my kids school. In other words I pass by it at least 5 days a week. The tellers here have always been very nice to me and especially helpful in explaining different types of accounts and rates with me. They also always give me a million lollipops for my 3 year old, who without fail, asks for them every time we are here. I take off one star only because the drive-thru lanes are the most narrow lanes I have ever seen. I actually hit the curb here a lot LOL. A restful afternoon of drinking beer of the wealthy and binge watching Robin Leach to prepare me for my new life soon followed. Suddenly a Chase Bank ad interrupted Robin feasting on escargot. The young hepcats encouraged me to stash my riches where they banked. I put down my regal can of Milwaukee's Best, loaded up the family truckster with the cache, and zipped to the newest, and therefore best, Chase Bank in town. I motioned the teller over to give her a preview of the stash and inquired about opening a safe deposit box. She shrugged her shoulders and explained Chase never built them at this location. Turning around I scanned the acres of empty office cubes and imagined the countless number of safe deposit boxes that would've made Chase Bank money with annual fees. Apparently the brain trust at Chase's HQ thought they could impress the plebs by designing a WeWork location and then calling it a bank. A fail. I suppose it's only a matter of time before the higher ups at Chase "enhance" this location by replacing the tellers with a single complicated kiosk. Leaving the WeWork showroom intact. An upgrade to a fail of epic proportions.

The location is clean and a decent size. The drive through ATM is placed in a terrible spot because the way it's positioned you struggle to grab the money and put numbers in. I rather get out of my car. I thought it was because I'm short but I always see people ahead of me having the same issues. The location is super convenient I just wish that it was more efficient with additional tellers during busy hours. Sometimes people have complicated situations which delay the lines.
