The ATM was out of service. Only one teller doing both the drive-in banking and the indoor banking. No other employees around except for the manager who was talking to a customer, I guess. This bank has gotten worse. Either they should hire new management or close the place. I would change banks but it would be a hassle changing all of my auto-payments and deposits. read more

This branch has to be the worst in customer service. They have 4 teller stations and only one teller every weekend. Management should be removed and the place needs to do some hiring. I tried to call and no one answers the phone. Clearly there are people visible with access to phones available. read more

I don't recommend this branch, this is BEYOND SLOW. It seems like management doesn't care about customers, NOT EVEN HIGHER management since this is continuous and it doesn't get any better through out the years. This issue needs attention. Arrived and checked in with my phone. 10 people before. I waited seating near to the check in machine. Saw when people checked in after me and I understand it's a bank catering to the Hispanic customers but it's not correct when people check in long after you and 10 min later they are attended too. I clerk had the same customer the whole hour 10 minutes I waited before I left. Another one had 2 parties in that time and I sat close to his desk and heard his small talk about when he came here to the country and his school experience. Yes it's nice to be friendly but you are at work and people need their business taken care off not be entertained about the clerks private life. It's time for work and time to make friends. I understand it was a big mistake to change bank to TD bank because it was closer to my house, you better do your research it's a lot of efficient banks out there. Unfortunately TD bank specially at this location is not one of the most efficient. This have happened to me at this bank 3 times but I needed my business taken care off and they don't do this kind of business on the phone. THE WORST BANK EVER Worst costumer service I have ever received, what one says is different from others. My biggest mistake was to open a credit card with them because the branch manager lied to me that they have the best balance transfer for 4%, meanwhile all other banks had it lower then that, like Chase 2%, Bank of America 3%, etcetera. The craziest thing is that they do not have 0% APR for the first year of opening the credit card like every other credit card in the world. I have very good credit and the best they could do was 18%APR meanwhile the max others offered me was 12%APR. I don't want to write more about them and lose my time, but STAY AWAY FROM TD BANK. There were so many bad experiences with this bank that now I love and appreciate every other credit card and their costumer service, rates, quality, fees and everything else they offer that TD Bank does not. read more

TD Bank is a scam! I've been a customer for 8 years now. They charge you a large fee just for not having an overwhelmingly filled bank account. Free accounts are only available to students and those 65 y/o and older. If you are unlucky enough to not have enough money in your account and they charge you this fee, and this fee puts you in the negative, you're charged an even larger overdraft fee (every day that you can't get out of the negative) that even your next pay check cannot cover (if you can even get a pay check, they have no special circumstances for those who are injured and are unable to work). They force you to sign up for all these different services that you do not want nor care for, just so they can find more ways to hold on to more of your money (which they make difficult for you to take back). This location was completely awful and unhelpful and the manager is terrible at making people feel welcomed and listened to. They have no value over possible customers time and needs. I over heard her mumble my name so I spoke up and told her I was here and she said oh and looked away. I continued to the banker who's name is Jose and after explaining that i needed to open a. New account he took my I.D to the back office to get it "approved" and told me I needed to go to a branch near my home and that they couldn't help me. I had waited for an hour just to be told to go to another branch that was closer to where I live. Mind you i was 15 min drive from my house. I never had a problem with other banks opening a in account on branches that aren't necessarily close to where I live. I felt like they were trying to push me out and gave me poor excuses. Today I stepped into another branch that was even further away from my home Becuase I was running errands and the people there were incredibly nice and welcoming. Skip this branch! A bank should never get anything more than 3, Its usually there and does what it's supposed to. BUT this bank does have a parking lot! Which is extremely hard to find in this area! A Business with a parking lot! How convenient.. Also they have a drive through ATM and bank teller! The wait times can suck I won't lie, it always sucks! They made the mistake to locate the ATM and teller window in the same lane. Not very strategic about that, one is blocked when the other is being used, Not very smart for traffic flow/ Speed. It's open seven days a week, a lot of the holidays (sorry employees). Customer service went from good to HORRIBLE in recent months. Average wait time for safe deposit box is over 1 hour in a good day. service rep hide into rest rooms 20 - 30 minutes at a time to avoid customers and then simple ignores you. TD used to provide very good service when they started to open new branches couple years ago, I guess now they have enough customers so they can drop there customer service quality. Depositor beware! I crossed account numbers between the plumber and my landlord. I pay my rent weekly by depositing into my landlords account. Business done this way for yours. This month somehow crossed the account numbers but still wrote the landlords name as usual. My landlord alerts me that she has received payment and short version I realize the error. I go to the bank and (they) are able to pull up my deposit ticket in my handwriting with all the information. I bring my receipt of deposit from the previous month so they can see the consistent payments made monthly at this branch every month for the last couple years. Just like they pulled this record they should be able to pull and/ or compare all. The teller... ready......writes the other customers full name and number on a slip and tells me I should call him and see if he will give me the money back!!! Then I talk to the bank manager Ceaser whol tells me he can't do anything about it until he talks to the other guy......."but try and call the guy and work it out with him (I said well how would I do that if I don't know him) Just ignores the fact that as I stated above I make the same transaction at the same bank for the last couple years. He would not even check. One week and still not resolved I have now had to get the police involved for my money of course and the breach of security giving out this guys info. Ceaser, and his Vip need to be fired. He won't thought because after speaking to one lawyer who responded these errors are nothing new with TD bank cause me to do a quick Google and there it is....another story of TD bank (then Commerce bank) doing something very similar in 2008 except this time it was 2 million. They re-order your debits to maximize fees, which is a direct violation of federal law (H. R. 3094, J 3) This has led to a class-action lawsuit. They sign customers up for expensive services without the customer's consent or knowledge. If you open an account with TD Bank, eventually you will get trapped in their web of excessive fees and penalties. Even if you are careful to never overdraw your account.
