Came here on a weekend and it was actually the slowest and longest wait ever. Checked in on the QR code to wait in line for service and there were 4 people in front of me when I joined the queue. It ended up taking over 1 hr to get through to my turn. There was only 1 representative working for the service and 2 tellers working the cashier line. Incredibly slow and inefficient. Will be avoiding this TD bank location in the future and definitely keep the wait time in mind if you're looking to visit this branch in the future. read more

One of the few in the neighborhood with on-site parking spots for customers; so it won my Dad over. We dropped in an hour before closing time, so it wasn't busy at all. There was two ladies by the counter and one security guard on active duty. I had a friendly visit, and left with a bunch of pink lollipops. (Yes. I'm a big kid. Hehehe) I was excited to see new lollipop colors that wasn't their usual green or purple, or the red when they were still known as Commerce Bank. My Dad... being the hoarder that he is..... finally let me go through the family piggy banks; which have been accumulating for over 15-20 years off the top of my head. This enormous amount of coins took over six hours to count and roll up. And today I learned that there's a limit on how much coins TD bank will accept, which is upto $300 per account, per person. Lucky me..... I brought it about $250 bucks worth of coins..... Here's a happy visual, each roll of pennies contains 50 cents; I had like 20 rolls of it. Quarters, $10 per roll, I had about 10 rolls. Then it was nickles ($2 per roll) and dimes ($5 per roll) Needless to say, I'm still upset they stopped the penny arcade service in general..... because now the banks won't take any coins unless it's pre-rolled, after hours of counting....... and I did a crap ton of counting..... read more

OMG. I went to Td to cash a $12 check from NY State Tax since I overpaid apparently. The bank teller, Kristine was absolutely awful. She sd I can't cash it but can deposit it. I said I have well over $12 in my acct, let me cash it. She was getting rude. I ended up giving up because she was not the smartest & it would've taken more effort than I really wanted to deal with for $12 read more

I was told to make an appointment when visiting. I did. Then QR scan to check in, turned out that I was 8th in line. It was past my original appointment, still position 8 on the waiting list. I mean, what is the point of the online appointment!!!!! Terrible!!! read more

Been to this bank for 10-15years with business account as well as a personal. The teller and staff are friendly and nice. Never had any issues with them. Yes here and there, you'll have to wait but that's with any bank. During the height of covid, you needed to make appointments. I was treated with respect, not what other reviews had said. I could not believe what I saw, at first I thought that maybe it was me that misjudged the tellers and managers but to my surprise everything that I was experiencing was true, customer service is secondary and bitter attitudes from all tellers behind the counter is a daily norm. Management protects their inability to comprehend that their primary job is to take care of customers and allows them to roam free making people's experiences bitter and disappointing. I accidentally locked myself out of MOBILE BANKING and now I have to GO TO an actual BANK to just access "MOBILE" banking. The irony and irrelevance. THE WORST BANK EVER Worst costumer service I have ever received, what one says is different from others. My biggest mistake was to open a credit card with them because the branch manager lied to me that they have the best balance transfer for 4%, meanwhile all other banks had it lower then that, like Chase 2%, Bank of America 3%, etcetera. The craziest thing is that they do not have 0% APR for the first year of opening the credit card like every other credit card in the world. I have very good credit and the best they could do was 18%APR meanwhile the max others offered me was 12%APR. I don't want to write more about them and lose my time, but STAY AWAY FROM TD BANK. There were so many bad experiences with this bank that now I love and appreciate every other credit card and their costumer service, rates, quality, fees and everything else they offer that TD Bank does not. read more

My worst time on Saturday waiting for Customer service that seems not finishing with one customer. Imagine one CS and one customer spent 45 min in God know what kind of thing that need solving. This is one of the slowest TD Banks that I've gone into. My tip about the drive-thru still has me amazed. I don't know what the guy in front of me was doing with the bank but he literally fell asleep waiting for the girl to come back. I had to beep at him to wake him up. I'm happy that there is a new one opening up very close to where I live, so I don't have to go here anymore. This is my last resort TD Bank. The staff here are all nice. I go through the drive thru because its more convenient for me. Plus the hours are later then the lobby.

WOW - I completely agree with "Richey T's" review below. I dealt with the same horrible, small, older Asian lady with short hair this weekend, and she has turned me off TD bank entirely. I went in on Saturday afternoon with my boyfriend so he could get a cash advance. The teller that originally helped us was young and polite, but he was also new and couldn't figure out how to finish our transaction. He asked another teller, then the older cranky lady who I can only assume was a manager. Neither woman was able to help him, not that they really gave much effort, they more or less waved him away. Which is a little ridiculous, even if he wasn't new, shouldn't they help him figure it out since he was dealing with us? To wave him away is basically waving us away. Anyway, I knew the kid wasn't getting any help so we just told him to forget about doing that transaction. Then we proceeded with our second issue. My mobile banking app has not been working, I've called TD's customer service to no avail, so I figured I'd while I was there in person. Again, the new guy wasn't 100% sure, so the short hair manager type came over and again she was completely unhelpful and quite frankly pretty rude. For the purpose of explaining to her my exact issue, I typed in a random amount of $1,500 into the mobile app so she could see how it wasn't working - which I guess was too confusing for her to handle because from then on she was so fixated on the amount that she saw I had a wire transfer from someone else at that same amount so she proceeded to tell me over and over, loudly, that the transaction already went through. Like what are you even talking about lady? The transaction from two months ago is clearly NOT the transaction I'm currently talking about. I was so sick of listening to her and figured she was never going to help me that I just gave up and left. All and all if TD is really trying to go with that "America's most convenient bank" crap, they might want to replace some of their most useless and rude tellers so they don't piss off every last customer. I had to write this review because there's a serious problem when someone who is supposed to be overseeing employees and the bank in general is so rude and miserable. On a few occasions, I've observed an older Spanish woman with short red/brown hair (supervisor/manager) deal with customers with such disregard and an attitude that clearly sends a message that she's not in the mood to be bothered at all. I am aware that she's a superior because these poor employees have to address their concerns or questions to her. You never know who's watching but I was! There's no excuse for such unprofessional behavior. Is it just me or is anyone else tired of these authority figures setting such a poor example? Worst experience ever at the TD Bank queens blvd branch, the banker name Cecil or Cecile, the way she talks is so rude and unprofessional. How could she blame on the customer when the coin machine is not working well. Okay so I went there today to exchange coins, and the machine is not working well. so I asked the teller to help me, and when she was trying to fix the machine and this banker name Cecil came and open up the machine and saw there's some paper (coin wrapper) and she turned around and didn't ask me if I put those paper in there, she just insisted that I'm the one who put the paper in there. And I'm 100% sure it is not me because those coins were not coming from the wrapper, and I even separate all the coins from penny to quarter( I didn't know I don't even need to) And she said twice she doesn't wana argue with me when it is not even mine. wtf so pissed off. read more

Everything that every other TD bank has, only much slower. If there is a line expect to be there for a half hour or so. The tellers are hit or miss, some nice some rude and clueless. Being its closest TD to me I have no choice but all others try somewhere else. read more

I am an international student and just opened checking accounts in both Chase and TD Bank. The experience was very different. In Chase, I didn't know what to do when entering their branch like nobody noticed my existence, but people at TD greeted me and guided me. In Chase, they demanded everything including my SSN Card (not just SSN), I-20, passport, and visa. They even initially denied my credit card application. (They didn't approve it until I submitted a copy of my SSN card.) But TD only asked for my ID and SSN. That's all. In Chase, I had to sign a bunch of documents which I didn't have time to read, but I signed only one document in TD. Chase gave me a temporary debit card, but TD gave me a permanent one. TD also ordered a check book for me while Chase didn't. Overall I have a better impression on TD bank and recommend that international students like me open accounts there. (The branch I visited even open on Sundays. Very impressive.) read more

I HATE that there is only ONE ATM!!! when there's 10 people waiting in the longest line in that tiny shoe box of a room!!! They also have only one penny arcade in the corner that only works once in a blue moon.
