    The absolute slowest drive through banking...they work with a skeleton crew. Very understaffed.

Why would that make me trust that you will not also sell my personal banking information to the thousands ( Yes thousands) of spam mailers who are advertising your card? Banking and financial institutions are supposedly based on trust and security. You have already involved yourself in the practice of buying and selling my private email information to unknown parties to try to get people to sign up for your ( cough cough ) credit card. Is it any stretch of my imagination that your system would be hacked by the very spammers that your trust to do your advertising for you? You are kidding yourself if you think that is not true. So as a sign of faith in your company, why don't you send me the private emails of your chief officers and let them see how quickly I can get them to lose confidence in me. Take my name and address out of your fake credit card system, I have great credit now and would not want to jeopardize it by dealing with a company that uses such shady practices. God help those you have already scammed to join your club. But leave me OUT! Aspire? To what? having my account drained when you have a security breach? You know it is going to happen when your mass mail backfires on you. Hey, where are those private emails of your officers? I didn't think you would have the guts. NOW TAKE ME OFF YOUR LYING LIST!

    Just had a truly awful experience with the lying, power-tripping manager of this Chase branch…read more.. Her name is Jacklyn Watson Danby... Her partner in abusing me was Michelle Esola... They should both be fired for terrible service and for being abusive liars who would rather play childish, power-tripping games than doing their jobs... First, Ms Danby claimed she could not (or would not choose to) verify my id based on my drivers license... even if I gave her my ssn, or any number of other ids... She wouldn't help me without my debit card, which I had never needed before to get cash... So, Ms Danby makes me stand aside and wait 'for her manager'... & after I stood there while several other customers were helped, she sent me to Ms Esola for 'further verification'... Well, when asked by Ms Esola for my phone number, I gave it... Asked for my address and gave that, too... Then, Ms Esola asked me to recite my last 3 banking transactions, which I did not know - so she said I 'failed' the verification and I would not be allowed to make a withdrawal from my account... Now, I knew my address, phone #, ssn, account #, and had multiple picture IDs... & the bank has cameras... So, why was I still being vetted? It was just ridiculous... Then, Ms Danby FALSELY claimed I threatened her, at which point she claimed she'd call the cops... I asked her to please call the cops, because I absolutely did not in any way threaten her and had done nothing wrong ... & it is at that point she finally gives me my money... Now, it is Important to understand that I take false accusations very seriously... what Ms Danby said is slander...I did not, in any way, threaten her or anyone else... & jerking me around - making me wait 20 minutes to get my money - was no better... basically, they were just playing a game, like a couple of very stupid 12 year old girls... they were clearly getting off on it... these people are unconscionable scumbags... & i'm not sure which was lying, but both claimed the other was the manager... this happened @1pm on Tuesday, 9/4... I hope and assume this is all on tape - if so - please review and fire them both... they deserve it... they are truly rotten people...
