Recent years they have a security guard that opens the door for you when you come and go. That's different! Usually two tellers, maybe three if it's busy are operating at a time. And another for the drive-thru deposits. When I needed more in depth assistance I went to Harry and I believe, Sonia, and they were so friendly, patient, and just nice to talk and ask questions. Never felt rushed or talked down to. Usually always someone around to ask for assistance, say you're looking around to get to your safety deposit box. It's not flooded with employees (that would be overkill and rather annoying if each one asked you if you needed help), but not so few where you are waiting around searching under desks to find someone who works there. The tellers are friendly where they will exchange some pleasantries, like the weather, what are you doing over the holiday, etc. There is one teller that I always dread seeing, and I forget her name. Nice woman, but she seems to think she knows me, but only remembers me from years back, so each time she refers to something, it's like, from 10 plus years ago! And in that case, I wish she would just deposit the money and not talk. Overall, good place. I use online banking for most things, and the app to do small deposits. But I've always liked the location.

I only use the ATM or drive through ATM here. For the most part, it is ok; once it appeared to have been patched with duct tape. In addition, there are times it has said that it's unable to take more checks-- not sure why that would be so. Also, I once worked briefly as a waitress and when putting my cash deposit into the ATM, *it counted the money incorrectly.* I called the bank and they said they would correct it, but they never did.

I did not miss a single payment ever since I have credit score and it was all ruined because that that stupid autopay on their stupid website stopped working for 3 months and they flagged my report !!!!!! I started an auto loan with this company about a year ago, I did not know this company before, the car dealer asked me to use this company. I setup the autopay about a year ago. Then this year on June I found the my credit dropped 96 points and I then found out that my autopay just stopped working for 3 month already. I did not receive any notice that I missed payment and they just flagged me on my credit report. I immediately paid the whole amount and I called the customer service. I thought it will be easy since they can see clearly that my autopay stopped 3 month ago, all they need to do is just cancel the flag. But they replied that they totally understand my situation so they will remove the late fee. BUT according to their stupid rules, it is not their fault, a late pay is a late pay, there's nothing they can do about the flag on my credit. I then calls the customer service to find out how to set up autopay on their stupid website. It takes almost 30 mins for they own customer service to find the autopay settings. I just received my dispute result. My credit increased 39 points after the dispute but the late pay is still there. I got an late than 30 days payment record for no reason. I am going to dispute again this just makes no sense.

I didn't do anything wrong but just asks questions . Then they said they needed to verify with The main branch of the bank in LA, the funds of the check but it opens at 1pm here after the attitude i received i rather go somewhere else, so from Edison Nj i drove to canal street NY. I was racially profiled and didn't know any to believe it! This time the teller was going to cash it, she said to me "this is going to take a while, then she said the fee is 5 dollars, then why don't i open a bank account there... they then needed to verify my check from the company to that issued it.: Racism is very real!
