This bank is just not well run…read more 1.) not enough tellers/ employees leads to long lines 2.) employees are not the friendliest - fake smiles, get the customer in and out attitude 3.) sterile and unattractive environment, especially for being inside an historical building in downtown somerville. This sparseness leads to a loud echo chamber effect where every word in every corner of the floor is heard. 4.) the almost all spanish staff openly speaks the foreign language with customers - no attempt to conform to English which presents the feel of being in a foreign country. They don't care though. They truly don't. All of this makes up a generally negative banking experience - find a closer Wells Fargo to you Somerville would be better served at this great location and building with another coffee shop or brewery. The third time today it happened I said yall have lost your meffen minds and I will be reporting this behavior to the feds. Imagine being gaslit by a bank? Not on my watch. I had a vendor scam me out of sales tax money that we are exempt from paying by over charging the credit card. I disputed the charge twice with Chase and was told that a NJ ST-3 tax exemption form does not guarantee that I am exempt. They won't recover the money that was not authorized by me to be taken.
