We hired Tony to turn on our sprinkler system however, this turns into a nightmare. Instead, he states we need a new control box with control valves etc. He does not finish the job it took three visits. First visit needs supplies he does not have and promises to come out, but it will be in three weeks he does not have the time. Second time had the wrong parts needed manifold and valves. You would think he would know this the first visit. Third visit seems nothing going wright for him he's upset about completing the job and stomps around our back yard yelling and conducting himself just weird. Makes his way into my home and starts yelling at my dog, my dog is very protective and he senses his outrage. So for his safety I put my dog in his kennel, but after a bit Tony's anger becomes more hostile. Asked to see the parts he replaced also wanted out copper fittings which belong to us and are of value. At this point he looses his control and states I will not show you the parts or receipt for the parts this is how I make my money. He states now your husband has insulted me, and to my surprise he stomps out the front door and states just keep the money. I guess he drives around the block and there he is again at my front door demanding his money. I stated we had every intention in paying you. My question how much is the bill? He had a P.O.# stating charges $632.00 first bill was $586.25. We found charges for parts not used or purchased. We are now without some sprinkler heads, valves as well as drip nozzles seem to be missing. Some heads are crooked not upright whereas the water is not distributing evenly or at all. I will file a complaint with the BBB so the public is aware of his conduct and decietful ways. Prior reviews pretty much show this is a pattern. Do Not Recommend! We are elderly and found this experience to be very concerning and sadly we paid for services not completed and shoddy work. read more

Tony and his crew have been taking care of my parent's house for over 5 years now. They replaced an aging irrigation system that was there when we bought the property. Our water bill was cut almost in half immediately after the installation. We've had TC Sprinklers add additional zones to our system and conduct the winter and spring services every year. They show up on time, don't nickel and dime us and are very courteous, kind and professional. We've referred them to many of our friends and have received great feedback as well! read more

I hired Tony to fix the sprinkler manifold but instead he just fixed one of the pipes, rather than the whole system. I did not understand why, since I offered to pay him the full price that you quoted me. Sure enough the next day, the system sprayed water all over for half a day. Tony at TC was WONDERFUL. We initially asked for help with fixing sprinkler heads and ended up having him to sprinklers, landscaping, and pipe issues. He was extremely conscious of our budget but also provided a few options outside of what we had even considered that were cost-effective and looked good. For the sprinklers, he moved a few of their locations so they provided better lawn coverage, replaced some of the heads to better quality rotary ones, capped a few that were unnecessary, and even adjusted our zone programming to more efficient watering. For the landscaping, we had a long strip by the strip that was dead grass, poor soil, etc. and was a waste of water. He ripped it all out and replaced with very nice looking mulch, put in a drip system, brought in boulders for aesthetics, and even planted for us grasses and shrubs we had picked up at Etchers. All in all, I would 100% recommend him again if you're looking for lawn/sprinkler maintenance and landscaping help! read more

I would not recommend working with this company. The owner does not do a good job of communicating, and I ultimately asked for my deposit back and found another company to install irrigation and sod. Although the ultimate issue with getting the work done was possibly unavoidable (some sort of issue with the company's truck, which may indicate a lack of maintenance,) the delays in getting the work started, lack of communication, lack of apology or reassurance that the work would get done resulted in my decision to find another, more professional company. read more

We hired this company to replace the back flow valve from the sprinkler system. Tony replaced the valve and then realized some other valves/pipes from the box on the ground were broken, he replaced those as well and was payed for it. He left stating the glue needs to cure for 24hrs. At that point we were out of town. Called him and he said if he comes back out to have the system running we have to pay 70.00 for the visit again. He said his customers usually are home to turn the system on. He does not do that for free. We came back home and tried to turn the system on to find out the water filter for some reason is leaking now, it does not seem to be cracked I don't know. Bottom line we contracted Tony to have the system up and running on June 4. After 290.00 the system is not working. If he is the professional in the field, he should know what other failing parts are usually broken as well, run the system and check for failures. We feel like paying for every single problem every time when one single diagnostic will save all this aggravation. We are looking to hire somebody else to finish his incomplete job because he is booked for the next three weeks. read more

Wow! Instant service. I emailed day-1, got a reply that evening and water turn on service and assessment the next AM. Repairs that were identified with the assessment were fixed the following Monday. Tony, the owner is great and he has been very communicative on when he can get the job done. We hired him for a new sprinkler system and new sod. He even spent extra time chatting with my husband and me on some other issues we have since we bought this house. We had a terrible experience with TC Sprinklers. We signed the contract on April 8,2017 and gave Tony half of the money for the installation of the sprinkler system. Tony didn't mention that he didn't know how to make the connection from the existing galvanized pipe to copper until after we made that first payment. He said he had never seen that old of water pipe(the house was built in 1950) and he was afraid to cut into it. He asked if our son could do that which he did go over and make the connection for him and Tony wouldn't pay him for the time or materials he used to fix it. He told us it would be completed in two weeks..it took over ten weeks to get it almost completed. I did pay the second and final payment when he showed us the sprinklers were able to run. He also said he would come over and rake the lines that he had trenched and pack it down which still hasn't happened as of July 5, 2017. Also, he told us the grass would fill in , which it has not. Almost all the heads are crooked, and one place needs another head installed to water the area not getting any water. I have asked for him to adjust the heads to water really dry spots and he texted me that he was busy for three weeks. Our lawn looks worse than ever, lines where he trenched, and two heads are spraying the neighbor's home. I also asked for a wrench/key so we could try to adjust the heads by ourselves, he would never answer me. Finally, we hired a man that bought a key to adjust the heads, and adjusted them all. We have heard all the excuses in the world why he couldn't come over to do the work that needed to be done. Five year guarantee on parts and labor is just a big bunch of BS. We chose TC Sprinklers because he was from Englewood and we know some of his family and he seemed very sincere, told us he had been in the business for over 30 years and would complete the job in two weeks. We are so disappointed, stressed out the way the yard looks and would not for any reason recommend TC Sprinklers to anyone.. read more

I HIGHLY recommend that you do not use this company. The owner will lie to you and sell you products that he guarantees and then when he installs a faulty part, he refuses to honor the part as he said he would. The owner will bully you if he doesn't like that you're not satisfied with what he offered and ultimately rip you off which is no better than the common thief. I have texts to validate what the owner promised but he continues to lie about the situation. Then he had the audacity to threaten me with legal recourse, of which he has absolutely NONE. I simply paid T.C. Sprinklers for a sprinkler part that he promised me worked perfect and then when it didn't he refused to refund my money or replace the part. Any professional business person would know this isn't how to do good business and be reputable. Instead, the owner will try to bully you and scream and yell at you. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, stay away from T.C. Sprinklers unless you like being bullied, lied to, and ripped off. read more
