Ben is a great dude, along with his staff! After talking to him for a few minutes, you know he won't take you for a ride. Super accommodating, he was able to take my car in the same morning and get parts in the same day. After I left, he followed up with text estimates and gave different pricing options for different quality parts to give you choices that you'll be comfortable with. Highly recommended! read more

My bad Ben for late review but I got you. I should be giving his business 1 star cause he left freshener smelling like a$$. I am just kidding. He gave my truck good back massage. First off Ben and his business doesn't need another review from me. I can guarantee you he's gonna have another satisfied customer sooner than later. The whole experience is what you want from mechanic. Don't worry Ben, I'm coming back. I still have more stuff for you to fix. Thank you again from least favorite customer Taz. See you soon read more

Before moving to SD, I had a long term family friend in Temecula who was also our mechanic. He retired and I started looking for someone near me. I drove by TBH a few times, but it was their reviews that impressed me before I even went in. I'm not a car maintenance connoisseur by any means, but my dad, former mechanic/family friend, and husband have taught me a few things. I've had shops try to take advantage of me because I'm a woman, and they assume I know nothing. That's not how Ben runs his business. This guy is honest. And I think we can all agree that an honest mechanic (and dentist, for that argument lol) is incredibly valuable. Ben isn't going to give you the run around and try to sell you "fixes" you don't need. This guy is the real deal and I'm glad I found him! read more

Ben is awesome. Fast reliable and honest. Best service for my auto. I've been here to fix my alignment and oil change. He does so much more

Absolute great service! I came to this shop as a recommendation after throwing thousands of dollars into my car from mediocre service through Pep Boys... Ben (the owner) and the other mechanics are professional and thorough. Since getting recommended here about 6 months ago, I've been back for 2 oil changes, tire replacements and mystery oil and coolant leaking at the same time! They addressed the issues quickly and got parts same day without trying to BS me or break the bank and they even took care of issues they discovered while fixing these things that previous mechanics from Pep Boys negligently did under my hood. I couldn't recommend Ben and Derik enough to anyone with the care that they have taken with my vehicle. They have a lifetime customer from me with any vehicle that I have now or in the future! read more

Wonderful customer service. Ben is honest and will tell you exactly what's up with your car. No hassle service and great value provided. I would recommend this shop to absolutely anybody. Smaller shop with 2-3 techs at a time so it's more personable than those larger commercial shops. I have gone for repeated oil changes, regular maintenance, break and alignment services. All have been great. read more

I will return if I ever need and now so will family members of mine. I was recommended this location after the Toyota dealership in the area gave me immense pushback on performing the service I was requesting. The day prior my car had died, and I replaced my battery. Yet, O'rielly stated my car failed the alternator test so I took it to Toyota... yet Toyota stated nothing was wrong and that they don't perform unnecessary services after I requested my alternator be changed despite positive readings. I called Ben adn expressed I was solo driving from WA to CA. He reassured me immediately that my safety and comfort would be taken into consideration and the team would ensure my car was running strong enough to get me home. They changed my alternator and belt, checked my fluids and tires. read more

TBH was referred to me by a customer of his. Ben, the owner, provided professional, patient, and personalized service for my Lexus SUV repairs which included transmission and tail light fixtures. Ben and his crew took excellent care of my 2013 Nissan X-Terra Pro-4x -- quickly, professionally, and with friendly, informative service. Felt like going to a garage in the old days, which is a darn good thing -- felt like I was seen and heard and, for the first time in a long time, nobody was trying to upsell me on anything. Ben told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it...and he let me know what needs to be done in the months/years to come in a clear and understandable fashion. Highly recommended! read more
