Even more interesting, I didn't receive my report even after 48 hours, then I wrote the Google review 1 star, next day I received a "positive report" , which proofed later in Canada twice that's actually a negative. They tested me, gave me access to their doctor, and the doctor prescribed me the PEP right away. Save your time and come to this place right from the beginning, I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely false. The office repeatedly dropped the ball during the application process failing to communicate, providing incorrect information, or not submitting the correct paperwork. This caused unnecessary delays and stress. It wasn't until I reached Erica, the office manager, that I finally got help completing the application. However, my frustrations didn't end there. I later found out they were gatekeeping my injection until after labs were completed yet my appointment was at 5 PM and the lab closes at 4:30 PM. When I called on my way to explain the timing conflict, Erica's response was a dismissive, "I know how it goes." That kind of attitude toward a patient's urgent medical care is beyond unprofessional it's disrespectful. This has been a nightmare. The lack of communication, compassion, and basic organization here is shocking. My health is not a game, yet it feels like the only thing this office truly cares about is collecting payment and putting up barriers to treatment. Patients deserve better than this.

The staff member who attended to me, Miss Melanie, was exceptionally professional, patient, and friendly. Even when I made a small mistake, she explained everything clearly and kindly. I told my wife, "Miss Melanie is truly a wonderful person." My wife said, "The lady who helped me was also very kind." A few days earlier, another lady who assisted us looked very much like Miss Melanie's sister -- she, too, was incredibly helpful and caring.
