The employee who provides the facials is Melanie not Melody. I moved to the Gardnerville/Minden area 3 years ago and I was referred to this salon. I have never regretted it. I personally go to the Studio 6 Salon at least twice a month and I have always been very satisfied with their customer service. Before I retired, I was a business owner myself. Occasionally, and it was rare, I would have a disappointed customer. They arrive as enthusiastic new clients and then complain about absolutely everything in order to get a discount or refund.
