I couldn't be happier with the results of my hair! It's hard to find a stylist that can really nail blonde hair. This salon is very nice and right in the heart of Carson City. Right off the bat you are offered water, tea, or coffee. Then directed to a chair where the magic happens. Everyone working here were very nice and it's rare to find a salon where the workers are so pleasant and not gossiping mean things about others the entire time. I frequently pass by this salon on my way to lunch at Mom and Pops. I was in need of a haircut and don't have a "regular" stylist, so I figured it would be great to utilize my lunch hour to get a haircut and form a relationship for ongoing hair services. I had an appointment scheduled at 12:40. The service I chose was just a haircut (trim), and my appointment reminder said it'd take an hour. I figured I would forego a hair wash to be able to walk back to work in time. I arrived at 12:35 and the employees glanced over at me and quickly looked away. No hello from anyone until a young lady, who turned out to be my stylist, walked over and greeted me; said she would be just a moment. I could see that my stylist was still with a client and was cutting her hair. I hoped maybe she wouldn't style the client's hair, in order to help her next client - me. I was wrong. 20 minutes later and I'm still sitting and waiting. She was barely halfway through with curling the client's hair and while that client is important, so am I. Tell me what's going on - don't just leave me sitting there. Knowing I would have to be back to work, I was not about to spend the rest of my lunch hour as a sitting duck, not knowing when it would be my turn, and then paying full price for a rushed haircut. I walked out. I considered asking how much longer it would be, but as a new client I shouldn't have to babysit. They should be doing what they can to ensure that I remain a client. I would've been very appreciative if my stylist was honest with me and told me that she was running late. If she had communicated this to me I would have rescheduled right then and there. I'll find another salon. **UPDATE**: I have included a photo in response to the message from the business owner that my appointment was at "1:00, not 12:30". Perhaps your booking system needs checked because I show neither of the times you stated. read more

I went to Kaity for a color correction 6 months ago and have seen her every couple weeks ever since. She is amazing. She knows what she's doing and is a blonde expert. She is flexible with her schedule and always produces results. My hair is dark brown and she has lifted it to platinum with minimal damage. I found Bēspōke on yelp, thanks to yelp reviews and after some back and forth with appointment availability found my way to Kaity. Actually just today I learned I could have used their website to book much easier. Anyways Kaity is awesome and usually I have to try a couple of people before finding my stylist. We move a lot, so yelp is my go-to reference for hair stylists. I'm a typical 40 something needing 8 week highlights to keep the grays at bay, and Kaity does a great job covering up those annoyances. Plus their coffee bar rocks and they have Josh rose' (might need an afternoon appointment next time!) read more
