I'm very nervous about letting people I've never been to cut my hair as I once got a boy cut when I simply asked for layers at a place in Vegas. All I went in for was a trim, but I had layers so I then realized it would be hard to just have a trim. I told Christina how I wanted my hair to be layered, and she totally got it! I'm so happy with how it turned out!!! I'll be returning to Christina when I visit my grandma! Thank you!

I was still a dyed brunette at that time, and Michelle helped me keep it looking fresh and a deep color! I've never boxed my hair, thanks to stylist friends whom I'm sure would hunt me down if I did lol! That being said, having never box dyed made my transition back to my natural blonde a breeze! This time I worked with Shannon! She was able to bring it back in a natural aspect where as I washed it would lighten and as I grow it would look natural! Which was rad! My partner was always fascinated that I use to be blonde and had mentioned it many times, that I decided right before I proposed I'd go back to natural me! And I'm so glad I did! She also tightened up my undercut which was great! Did a fantastic blow out after the color and wash, that was fabulous for days! They're now in Tahoe City! The salon is very open, bright, and clean! The staff is extremely nice and you can tel their passionate and care! I'd highly recommend

I can't recommend Salon 3:16, and more specifically Debbie, enough! From the moment we walked in,…read moreshe made us feel so welcome. She gave me a fantastic haircut that I'm absolutely thrilled with--she really listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. What truly stood out, though, was her kindness. I had my 3-year-old with me, and she was incredibly patient and thoughtful, even sharing snacks to help keep him happy and comfortable during my appointment. That level of care meant so much. On top of all that, she went above and beyond by not charging me for my haircut after there had been a misunderstanding with my appointment time the previous day. Her generosity and professionalism were so appreciated, and it's clear she genuinely cares about her clients. If you're looking for someone who is not only talented but also compassionate, patient, and truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend booking with Debbie. I'll definitely be back!

Absolute worst haircuts I've ever had in my 60 years of life. I had JEN as a stylist and she…read moreabsolutely ruined my hair. Just cut random chucks out as though she had never cut hair before. No blending, no thining of bulk areas, just straight line cuts. I have longer hair for a man and she actually said to me as I sat down in the chair, do you mind if I used a straight razor to cut your hair. That should have been my clue to run. And I'm like no, I don't want a buzz cut. Just trim it up. Then her first cut with sissors was 2" straight cut on the top of my head, What in the world. And it just got worse from there. Worst hair stylist I've ever seen. STAY AWAY FROM JEN!!!
