Rubbing the nails after she did them, telling me how great they were. I'll let you decide. Taking them off, having them removed, FINALLY! was painful, due to the extreme thickness of the nails. This was one month and I was hoping they'd start to fall off. They did not. Two days prior to the appointment, she sent a brief text canceling, that I will include. Prime self business owner failure. I had no intention of returning to Sherry. --- After a plethora of back and forth texts messages, many ignored and then she would respond, it took a MONTH to get an appointment. She was away the first week, so I was advised by a client of hers to just go get my nails done until I could get an appointment. I did and they did an AWESOME job!! Sherry wanted all of those nails off before she would do mine. So fast forward one month, she does the nails, but then tells me that she can't do them that way because she'll need to take them off every single time and then proceeds to do the design I wanted. Ombré. Not anything fancy....so Ok. I Wasn't impressed with her work or attitude, but Sherry couldn't get over herself with what a great job she did on my nails. Her words. No embellishment. She spent time interacting on her phone, reading messages, turned away from me many times to interact on her phone, acted as if my appointment was no priority. Fast forward, second appointment, 10 minutes late for my appointment, with no acknowledgment that she would be delayed. I didn't say much and so she questioned me if there was anything wrong... - You're late for my appointment and you know it... why say something that's already obvious? No apology, because that would never occur to her. Nails are not even in thickness. THEY ARE SO THICK. Nonetheless, third appointment is supposed to be Friday and today (Wednesday) I get a text that says "I have to cancel your appointment on Friday". No further information, so Sherry, thank you so much for canceling my appointment on Friday, I cannot thank you enough. Your attitude is bigger than your talent. Take your chances, but good grief, self employed with an unwarranted ego. The reviews that talk about her attitude are not embellishing at all.
