    Absolutely incompetent, can't even reprogram a remote for a vehicle without trying to rip people off. Waste of time going to them.

    The service team is great, the sales team is horrible. I bought a 2018 Jeep renegade trailhawk…read moreafter my 2015 trailhawk was totaled in an accident. The price was outrageous, but it had low mileage, And it had the navigation I have always wanted. Before driving off the lot I engaged the navigation it showed me in Canada and I live in Montana. I called over the salesman and he had no idea how to correct it, he asked more senior salesmen and they didn't know anything. It was getting late so I took it home , I followed the book and tried to reset it myself, no luck, called Mopar no luck, even called Serious. The next day the service dept suggested disconnecting the battery and that would create a reset. I took it back to Lithia and the did the reset,still no navigation. When I requested it be repaired LITHIA said they said they would have to CHECK THE WARRANTY. Really! This car was sold as a certified pre owned vehicle. Lithia then agreed to replace the navigation because it was covered by warranty. I also told them I had discovered a slash in the passenger side head rest, I also wanted that fixed. I was told by Lithia they would fix it for $495.00. I had the car for less than 2 weeks, but lithia kept insisting "how did they know if I didn't slash it". Fast forward, I went to pick up the car,spoke to service and they were never told about the headrest other than it need to be replaced. NO COMMUNICATION to service from sales . Service said they could find a cheaper one for $59.99 and the would pay half (I was in). I get ready to leave and a light comes on saying audio sound was not engaged. Thank God I didn't leave the lot, took it back to service they ran diagnostics and said the radio was bad it would have to be replaced. REALLY,THIS IS THE NEW NAV/RADIO THEY JUST PUT IN.  All I can say is don't leave the lithia lot until you do a detailed inspection with a magnifying glass and make sure everything is working the way you want . I never intended to get another car, but when I was hit and my car totaled I had no choice. If you go to LITHIA MOTOR IN GREAT FALLS BE CAREFUL!!!!

    My wife and I just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe at Bleskin Motors yesterday. The salesman that worked…read morewith us, did just that... worked WITH us. At no point was he or anyone else pushy. They brought up a couple different cars that would fit our needs, & never rushed the process. After the test drives, we said we were going to go get a beer & talk it over with each other. We received no pressure to hurry up and make a decision, or B.S. that the deal might change by the time we got back. Additionally, we contacted our bank to make sure we were making a good choice with the car/value/& loan. They informed us that they were happy it was Bleskin Motors that we were dealing with. They said that the bank is very picky with whom it is willing to have direct business with, & that Bleskin is one of the very few that meet their criteria. All in all, my wife loves her new car, & the whole process was easy & painless. I'm happy.

I cannot believe I was sold a bad car this has never happened to me before. I will make it my life's mission to stop every man and woman from ever buying a car from bleskin motors. If I'm out 11k they are gonna get 11k worth of negative press from me and rightfully so selling me a car the mechanic said had already thrown this code before so they knowingly sold it to me this way. Shame on you bleskin I traded you a clean and dependable ride for you to resell and you sold me something I have to almost double the vehicles value to make it right. BUYER BEWARE
