Katie was so cordial and helpful when we dropped it off, and their system of estimates, work authorization, and payment with "texts" made the process quick and easy. Patrick did all the work necessary (brake pads and lines and tires) and got the bike in good riding condition quickly, and offered to deliver, but we picked it up in a couple of days--and the price was right. The Shirt Locker has a nice range of face masks in solid colors, patterns, sports teams, etc. They have masks appropriate for children, adults, and extra-large faces for $15.00 each (they will take cash or credit card). It's a sweet shop, owned by super nice people! Comfortable environment, friendly faces and they have no problem answering your questions. We are currently working on custom face masks for our organization. We're really impressed with the time they've spent with us, patiently working through the details, interjecting ideas, helping with the design, and showing us the end result. Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish…read more Communication was practically nonexistent. Getting a response felt like pulling teeth, and when I finally did, it didn't even matter because the pricing was completely inconsistent. I was given a quote when I dropped off my items, only to receive an invoice TWO WEEKS later for nearly double the amount. No explanation, no heads-up--just a completely different price like that was normal. When I called to ask about it, the owner was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, he immediately got defensive and accused me of wanting everything for free--which was never even remotely the case. Not once did he acknowledge that the invoice didn't match the original quote. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. To top it off, when I said I'd just come pick up my shirts instead, his response was basically "good," as if he didn't want the business in the first place. That says everything you need to know. Terrible communication, dishonest pricing, and unbelievably rude customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
