In less than a year I have had two side diamonds fall out and the main diamond become VERY loose twice now. When I took it in it was fixed... one month later here we are again with the same issues: side diamond gone and main juggling in its place. When questioned about it they said "oh sometimes when we are jam packed we have them made elsewhere and they usually have issues." Just to clarify nothing about the ring was a rush job.
