Leon is a trustworthy guy!…read more My husband and I recently bought a new house and wanted to make sure we established a relationship with an HVAC company. I am thankful that people have left Leon great reviews because he deserves each and every one of them. I enjoy Leon's approach to his customers. He is proactive and extremely knowledgeable and he isn't afraid to share his knowledge to educate us newbies on the things we can do to take care of our HVAC system. We hired him for a consultation to make sure everything was in order and it costs $70 which is a steal, considering the time Leon takes to teach you things. My brother (a fellow homeowner) suggested a biannual HVAC inspection but because of Leon's trustworthiness, he stated that due to how new my house is and what great condition everything is running in, he would suggest annual maintenance for now. He stayed honest and didn't take advantage of the fact that I had zero experience with this stuff. I also appreciate the fact that Leon prioritizes his emergent cases while keeping me informed of when I can expect to get an appointment. Thanks Leon, you are a 10 out of 5 star dude!

Total scam there was no way you could have missed that simple of a fix. $5 fuse and it works great no problem.

This company was the most helpful and I had decided to go with them for an A/C tune up that included cleaning the coils beyond spraying with water which I didn't know was a thing at first. When I shared I would be back in touch after redoing the budget so we could pay cash for the service their response came across as frustrated. When I asked to clarify, again knowing I had not done anything wrong and was being transparent about our situation, I never got an answer back. One of the other companies Yelp sent my project too will be getting the business after I came back and said the other company stopped responding and agreed to match the price quoted by Air Capitol Cooling and Heating to exclude filter replacement. I gave Air Capital 3 stars instead of 1 because the person was helpful until the interaction felt dismissive to me for telling them I needed some time to rework the budget and would be in touch. ‍ ******* After posting this review, I received a message stating that legal action would be taken if I did not remove it. ******* Update: The public response below reflects the same tone I experienced. After more than four days without a response during the quote process, I'm comfortable with my review and hope it helps others make informed decisions.

He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, including the option to do labor only with the warranty parts from the original units manufacturer. I opted to upgrade to American Standard and all the necessary work and materials needed to integrate it into our current system. Installation was early the next morning. Installers were very courteous, extremely careful and clean. For such a major project, the commotion and disruption was negligible. After installation Kevin returned to inspect the unit and answer all of my questions ( I had many). He explained everything and even drew diagrams for me. We went through the work done and I was amazed at the amount of work they did to troubleshoot and modify some other things during installation that fixed problems I had not even mentioned I had ! These were things I thought were just home design issues...but no, Master Air found a duct work problem and fixed it. I now have an upstairs that is a cool as my downstairs! They did not add anything onto the quoted price for this additional adjustment. My AC is better than ever and I am very happy with everyone at Master Air. They were all great to work with. I will absolutely use them again.

Now, 30 days later, I received a text message and email from Master Air stating I owe them $99 for my service. I called the main line to confirm whether this is a legitimate charge or not, spoke with John - he said it was legitimate for their time. I asked, what for, since Ralph said there wasn't a charge & left - John stated, "I don't know a company would stay in business if we didn't charge for this" - I paid the $99 charge, but I think it's horrible business to wait until 30 days after someone comes out to send a bill. Especially after being told there wasn't a charge. Thanks.

No attempted weird up-charged. No using fancy HVAC pro language we couldn't understand. No tricks or games. The long: We have a home warranty contract with First American. Our AC went out Thursday and the inside temp soared to above 80 overnight. Home warranty scheduled a service call for MONDAY at the earliest. We frantically went to Yelp on Friday morning to get some faster help. Andres responded immediately, connected us with Cesar, and he came out THAT NIGHT! We thought we needed a full recharge or possibly a bigger service, but Cesar was able to diagnose the problem with the capacitor. He knocked it out, left everything clean, and most importantly explained EVERYTHING to us in a way we could understand it. He offered some follow-up care that we will definitely be taking in the next few weeks! We were extremely lucky to find this team and be back from 87 degrees inside to a comfortable night in less than 24 hours! Life-saving. Literally, in this heat!

From the beginning, the owner, Jorge, took the time to explain the entire process and educate me on how an HVAC duct system should work. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done and the pricing, with absolutely no high-pressure sales tactics. I interviewed five other air duct cleaning companies, and Jorge's quote was less than half of what several of the others wanted to charge. His team, Tim and George, were professional, personable, and extremely thorough. They answered all of my questions throughout the cleaning process and showed me before-and-after photos of their work. Most impressively, they discovered and repaired a huge hidden air leak and corrected several other issues as they worked their way through the duct system--all without missing a beat. The end result exceeded my expectations. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship, fair pricing, honesty, and genuine respect for its customers. I highly recommend Truetech Services, Jorge, Tim, and George to anyone looking for HVAC or air duct cleaning. You'll be hard-pressed to find a company that provides this level of service and value.
