Sparse communication, fragmented work, stonewalling and gaslighting have been the core aspects of the relationship. Attention to detail or any of the kindness and empathy usually present in a partnership has been woefully absent. We've tried everything to make it work, from being flexible to waiting weeks on end, all to culminate with consistent and blatant unprofessionalism. He left us in a horrible state of affairs and worse, he invoiced us despite never actually doing the work properly. He left us high and dry on myriad issues. He is not well-informed on newer policies and statutes, which makes his advice and abilities antiquated at best and negligent at worst. There is an arrogance within this establishment that is palpable, and it's backed up by words that fail to match any real strategic action or industry-specific wisdom. Do not trust your business to this firm, or to Mr. Stackrow.

About three weeks ago he refunded the money we had paid him to do our taxes and this morning this is what he sent me and I quote: "Thanks for the review CUN*" (I sensored the last letter but he wrote it out in his email to me) Real nice language coming from a man that runs his own business. It just goes to show you that reviews are written for a reason. AWFUL SERVICE! Not sure what "financing" he is talking about in his statement to my review, and as for false information....we gave him a w-2 and a 1099 (two things that come directly from your employer). I'm sure any qualified professional would know what to do with those two things!
